Terrible Customer Service!! Just got off of the phone with a snotty woman who was just plain rude! Their workmen make a big mess when they work. Look elsewhere!!
We waited for 7 days for a part to come in...we are seniors our heater was not working & there was snow & freezing temps
Customer service is the worst, some snotty woman on the line is just plain rude. The plumbers seem to know what they are doing however and price isn't too far from reasonable.
Debbie L.Terrible customer service! My mom had a water leak under her water heater. The tech that came out to fix it said he would be back and never returned but still sent a bill over $300! Nothing ever got fixed through them, they never even called her reschedule. Do not waste your money here!
Mardel K.Nowell Plumbing went above and beyond once again. My house had a gas major leak from the meter to the hot water heater at the furnace and gas stove. Called them on Tuesday they came the very next day. replaced the gas line up to the house under the house along side the house. Today they came back and fixed the closet door to the furnace to make it more secure. Thank you all amazing man .Seriously blessed!
Scheduled an appointment a week out for a service call. Company didn't show or call to notify me they would not be coming. Next day when I called back, all they could tell me was that they were busy, don't know why anyone didn't contact me, and didn't know when someone would be able to show up.
Patty L.Don't use this company! I had them fix a leak under my sink and 3 months later it's leaking again in the same spot. I called them to fix it again and they said that if it's been more than a month they would charge me again. Obviously, they don't guarantee their work!
I had them do some pipe replacement, and they were way overpriced.
And after I paid them, I checked their work and they didn't even finish the job. They also left a big mess to clean up. Never again with these crooks!
Kim M.I called these guys to unclog my drain line, They did what was asked but put a one inch cleaner through a four inch pipe, so we had to continually call them back to unclog the line. This went on for about six months. Then they came up with ""There might be a hole in your drain line"". We would have to replace the pipe from the house to the alley"" As I'm freaking out I called several companies to get an estimate on replacing the Main line. Nowell came up with a ridiculous amount to replace the line. The other companies were much lower. Then I called another company. The guy put a three in cleaner in a four inch pipe, got the entire clog! I didn't need a sewer line, all it needed was cleaned out completely. BEWARE!!! Watch what they are doing!
Do not use this company! I had a part replaced on my water heater that was still under warranty and was charged $129.00 for 15 minutes of labor. When I contacted the manager about the bill he stated that the labor charge included travel time from the office to my home (about 5 minutes) and the 5 minutes it took to look up the part on line and order it. When I continued to question why or how labor included travel and 5 minutes of research he became rude and hostile and stated that ""it is what it is"" and that ""he did not care"".
