My pool needed plumbing repair and cleaning. Lee responded quickly and was able to come out the next day. He was able to fix the plumbing quickly. After the repairs we decided to have innovative pool service to take over the cleaning of the pool. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any pool service in the area.

I had contacted this guy, who came out and looked at my job. I was told he would send me an email with the cost. No email. Was told he would come out and make the repairs. He never showed up. Contacted him a couple times and again he never showed after he said he was going to. After saying he was going to be there to do the repairs and start pool cleaning, he never showed and never got back to me.

I have never left a bad review for any service I've had but have to warn people about this pool service. After 8 years of a wonderful pool service, our pool lady had to quit do to health issues. I chose Innovative Pool Service due to their 60+ good reviews. Lee came out to meet us on 9/9/22 and we hired him and gave him the first months payment of $145.00. Lee was supposed to come back the following week and did not show up. I didn't worry and just thought something came up, then he didn't show up the 2nd week so I texted him once and asked him what was going on. I received no response. Then I gave it another week and called him and the recording said my phone number was blocked. I texted Lee and asked for our money back. We never heard from Lee again. He came and took our money and disappeared. I'm still in shock but found a fantastic pool service, which I will write a great review for them. How could someone with this many good reviews do this to someone?????

Ok, so this guy replaced our check valve and the outlets in the back of our filter tank. He said he'd come back with a gasket for my filter, and take a look at our hot tub led that had stopped lighting. However, he never came back or called back. Now, just under 2 months from when he did his repairs, both areas where he worked on now leaking! Not just a little leak either. So I call him back, he says he'll call me next week, and to text him my address. Which I did. No call. Talk to him today, after more than a week, he was abrupt and dismissive and even had the nerve to say ""they weren't leaking when I left""! Unprofessional and rude. Look elsewhere for help with your pool needs.

Our pump motor died, and I was dreading the news that we needed a new motor, pump, whatever.

Lee T. replied to my Yelp request in just a few minutes and showed up the same day! He immediately diagnosed our problem and completed the repair in less than a half hour.

Fast and knowlegeable, I'd definitely recommend.

We got a referral to innovative pools because our pool heater basically died out. We don't live close but needed someone asap. I'm so glad we called Lee! He was affordable, reliable and very kind.

Lee was able to fix our pump issue either the pool vacuum not works quickly. He was able to advise on what the problem was and fix it within 20 minutes. He seems to know how these pool systems work and had some valuable information to let me know how to maintain our pool. Much better then the company who cleans and is supposed to be maintaining our pool. I would recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with how quick Lee responded to my request. Lee came out the next day and was able to figure out what was wrong with the Hot Tub and replaced the part on the spot!!! Excellent customer service and good and honest prices! I highly recommend Innovative Pool Service!

Horrible communication! Gentleman came out and I was told he would return the following week to complete the job. I was strung out for about a month before he disappeared completely. Many text messages and no reply.
