I am changing my previous positive review. I had Lee come out and do an acid wash on the pool, and clean some of the tiles. He finished the wash. I paid him in full and he has never come back and finish the job. Do not hire!!!

Absolute worst!!! Do not hire!!! Never consistent, pool equipment constantly breaking, no communication, pool green. Lee has total disregard for other people. Every single week he either didn't show up at all or had some wacky story as to why he wasn't able to clean pool. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!

Called them out to service my above ground pool. He said he did them. He said he would text in morning to give us an appointment time. He showed without calling or texting a time but left after about 2 min saying he had to go get a different vacuum for the pool. After a few hours I text asking what was going on because we needed to leave. Couple hours later he responded he was trying to get it and to be patient with him. I text him back saying we were going to leave and gate was open for him. Text again after 6pm and he never responded. Next morning I text telling him thanks for not showing and for not responding to us. He let us and our kids down. This company does not communicate with their customers and when you call or text to find out what's happening he says your just impatient. Bottom line we do not recommend this company and recommend you just keep looking.

Showed up once and said he'd be back with supplies in few days. Took hose to my pool pump to match something. Never showed up. Have texted and called several times for a month. Do not use him. I want my hose back.

I called Lee to inquire about doing an acid wash on my pool. He was very informative and straight forward during our phone conversation. He immediately made an appointment with me to look at the pool and worked around my work schedule. After meeting him, I knew I had someone I can trust to work on our pool. We worked on a schedule to be able to do the full process. He was prompt on our agreed upon times. Even when I'm not home he still came by and worked on the prep. Overall, I am very pleased with his honesty, quality of work, very competitive price point, and prompt service. Because of this, I will work with Lee on every future pool servicing needs.

Lee came to fix my filter and install a pump motor. He cleaned out the filter left a mess and installed the pump motor but it didn't work & the seal between the pump & motor leaks because a gasket was needed.. I paid him but he never came back to fix it and kept making promises that he would but never made the appointment. Basically he took my money and never finished the work.

I have plowed through 2 idiots / pool companies in the past year. I was in the Leslie Store and got Innovative's card from the sales guy. From the first visit it has always been YES and always NOW. Chance does our pool; he is timely, friendly, thorough, professional and genuine.

Our pool has never looked better. The only BAD news it took a year to find Innovative. If I was Lee I would clone Chance and give them all a raise.

Recently my inground pool pump went out so I replaced it with a more efficient variable speed pump I purchased online. I went on Yelp and contacted several pool service companies and was quoted from $800-$200 to have my new pump installed. I was very fortunate to have contacted Lee. I sent him several pictures of my existing pump set up and he said he could install my new pump for $200. When I contacted several pool service companies I asked if their work was guaranteed, (which Lee guaranteed for 90 days), if they were certified Hayward technicians, (which is needed for the extended 3-year warranty by Hayward), and he was, and lastly the price (which Lee had the lowest). Being a DIY, I am alway interested in how professional services go about their work, so I watched Lee uninstall my old pump, and install my new pump from start to finish. I asked Lee several questions while he was performing his work, and I'm sure I was being annoying, but at no time did he give me a short answer, ignored me, or gave me any inclination that I was bugging him. He was kind enough to explain EVERYTHING and in detail! He was very patient and informative as I stood back and watched and learned. One of my greatest pet-peeves are workers that do not take care of their work area and after they're finished leave you with a mess for you to clean up. During the whole process Lee organized and cleaned the area he was working in and was very professional in making sure glue and cut piping wasn't left for me to figure out afterwards. Lee was completely professional in his installation and even painted the new piping to match my existing piping, he also explained and programmed the pump for me. I was very pleased to have chose Lee and would recommend him to anyone in the Valley for their pool needs. Besides having reasonable prices he provided excellent service and professional installation, with no hidden cost or sloppy work. Please call him for your next pool service needs. Thanks again, Lee!

Great pool company! They are knowledgeable, thorough and very dependable. Lee is friendly and professional. He treats my pool as if it were his own! Good pricing for the service. I love that they are the only pool service company that has a customer web portal. This is very convenient for me. I can access and review my service dates, types of service provided, and billing history. I am also notified SAME DAY via email when weekly service is completed. I can't recommend this company enough!
