I wrote a poor review for Infinity plumbing and I would like to retract what I said. I have 2 buildings that I repiped about 8 years ago and unfortunately like everything the pipes are getting a little old and worn. Even though I had pin holes in my pipes they have been more than fair and honorable in repairing anything that goes wrong. They totally warrant their work and are very responsive to getting the problem resolved in a very timely matter. They even repair any damage in the wall (patch it) if their is water damage without an extra charge. Barbara

Fabulous experience. I had them out for an estimate for a hot water heater last Thursday. I liked that we talked about tankless and that a standard heater was fine for my needs. I didn't feel pressured for more expensive options that were not necessary. We set an appointment for Saturday and told it would be about 3 hours. They were on time, done in less than 2 hours, and left the area cleaner than when they started. THANKS!!!

We had to replace the horizontal drain pipes in our home. Called for 3 bids and infinity was competitive. They came on time and finished the job in one day. They used tarps to seal off areas they were working in and made sure our hardwood floor was not scratched. Wendy from the office called to check to make sure we were satisfied afterwards. I thought they were very professional and courteous.

I just had my property repipe and they did an excellent Job, very clean and professional. And the girls at the office always very helpful, always answering my questions and concerns. I am considering using them for my future repipes.

I had 2 buildings totally repiped with copper by them and they are the worst. They said they guarantee their work but their work is done with terrible copper. I have had pin holes in my pipes and loads of leaks. The valves in all my shower heads are leaking and they refuse to honor their work. Don't use them. I am sorry I gave them my business

The owners of my building used Infinity to work on our building. While the work was done by the date estimated, the guys who worked for them were pigs and thieves. First of all, they helped themselves to the compost bucket I kept on the porch, emptying the plant clippings and egg shells onto the steps to greet me when I came home, and taking the bucket to use for their job.

They did this not once, but twice, after I thought that the work was done and they would not be returning, Who the hell comes to a job without the appropriate tools and so takes what tools they can find from the site that BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Then the guys Infinity used to patch and plaster the holes in the walls decided that dumping their buckets of plaster-water over the landscaped area in our courtyard that has been carefully tended by our elderly apartment manager was a good idea.
A number of the plants died, including a beautiful orchid had recently been put in.

In the words of my Mexican friends, they are COCHINO!

Hello;
Infinity Plumbing has just finished completely redoing the existing copper plumbing in our modern Pasadena condominiums.
I have tenants renting my condo and neither of us understood how much work needed to be done in order to redo the plumbing.
From the very first meeting I had a good feeling about our associations choice of plumbers. They were there on time, the representative I spoke with was very reassuring and polite. I stopped by to check on the work the next day and was impressed with the amount of precaution the workers took to protect my tenants furniture, pictures and any number of personal objects left around.
My tenants were equally comforted by the hard work and efforts that Infinity employees went through to ease there discomfort during the process.
The most amazing part was right after the plaster patching of walls and ceilings had been done. I am in the architectural business and the drywall and finish work they did was superb.
Not only that but the clean-up done by the last of their team caused my tenants to leave a very complimentary email with our condo management team.
The plumbing installation was of the highest quality. They took precaution to clean every fitting of grime before soldering the fittings.
Then, as should be done, the cleaned off all of their welds of excess solder. This is the only way to be assured of a good job.
Something our original builder did not do.
Sorry to go on but I am so very pleased with Infinity Plumbing.

One of their trucks almost ran into my car. Then the truck honked its horn at me (I was not in the wrong). The truck swerved and aggressively raced around my car to get in front of it.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. The customer service is abysmal and they're shady as hell.

It's easy to give a great estimate when you know you'll be making it up on the back end.

Do yourself a favor. Go with the guys with the slightly higher estimate. The headaches aren't worth the hundred or so bucks you'll save if you're lucky enough to have them stick to their original price.
