Infinity Plumbing Inc did a repipe. they did not pull a City permit as required by law. A nosy neighbor turned me in after job was competed. I had pay for a permit and a hefty fine. I had to pay another plumber to do a test for the City inspector. This was a burden. They took advantage of a Senior Citizen.

Infinity re-piped a three unit apartment for us. We were very satisfied. They started the job two days after I signed the contract, Six guys showed up and divided the job accordingly. The work was completed in three days including main piping, pipes inside walls and attic, to water heaters and kitchens and bathrooms and the patching of walls. One more day was needed for the City inspector to approve it. Israel ran the job and the tenants were kept happy and so were we. There were no demands for extras. Everyone was skilled and efficient; Since I was leaving on vacation, they even painted the repaired areas in one unit which they usually do not do. The price was very competitive being the low bid. I would use them again without question.

NEGATIVE REVIEW!! F- F- F- F-! If there was a lower grade than F, I'd give them that!

To start off, Izzy the so called ""SALES REP"" was rude and totally unprofessional! On several occasions I had appointments set up for certain days and times, I waited and waited, the crew never showed up! This happened on several occasions, not just once! They are the worst plumbers ever, they carry no supplies, they don't have the proper tools in their trucks, they were not prepared for our job, the crew was not experienced! The crew was walking around like chickens without heads, totally lost and confused! The crew constantly had to call the office to speak to someone so that they could explain the job to them!!! I spoke to the Receptionist Veronica numerous times, she always promised to call me back and never did! I've left numerous voice messages on the business phone and no one returned my calls. I called Izzy numerous times, I texted him on several occasions and he NEVER texted back nor did he return my calls! When I call now, it goes directly to voicemail, I'd leave YET ANOTHER VOICE MAIL, TO DATE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK! The entire company is incompetent of working like professionals, they severely lack customer service, customer attention and customer satisfaction! Infinity Plumbing is not the company for you, PLEASE DO LOOK ELSWHERE! They are a total RIP OFF! They had hidden price increases as they moved along the job, there excuse was ""Oh that wasn't included""! AND TO TOP IT OFF, THEY NEVER CAME TO FINISH THE JOB! So please think twice before hiring Infinity Plumbing, BE SAFE RATHER THAN SORRY! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone a family member or friend!

The team is A+ Class. Did not completely do what we Izzy said would be possible I know a sales rep is just a sales rep and the workers know a bit more than the person selling, Izzy is a great guy and still gets a 5 star in my books. Thanks!

We were very impressed with this compay. They had a team of six guys come to our home. They covered the floors and hallways with tarps and enclosed their work areas with plastic. Each worker was very competent and very serious and professional. It took them about seven hours to repipe our entire home with copper and they took their time inspecting and showing us that the pipes would not leak. Juan, the supervisor, was very patient explaining things. The next day two new employees came to fix the damage. They also had tarps and plastic. When they were finished, all that remained for us was to do some spot painting later. They were very thorough in replacing the wall board and stucco. We had covered everything with plastic ourselves but it was not necessary as all the work is done with minimum plaster dust. We were very apprehensive about repiping but when we saw how competent these people were we really relaxed. Their price was very competetive.

My husband and I got 4 estimates on repiping a 7 unit bldg. Marco gave us a thorough & detailed estimate. He us told it would take 3 days.
We went to their place of business, to get a feel of the company. Veronica, the company secretary, was friendly and asked if we had any questions.
We hired Infinity and were so happy that we did.
Marco & his staff were professional, informative, & meticulous....and they did finish in 3 days.
This was such a great experience that Infinity will now handle all our plumbing issues!

I couldn't forget to write a review about these guys, I almost feel like I owe it to them!!
Infinity has done numerous plumbing projects in different buildings I manage and also have done my friends properties and has always done excellent work.
It's taken a while to write this review but Infinity Plumbing is the real deal! We had a few re-piping companies come out and give us estimates on different buildings for a re-pipe job and not one came close to the estimate given to us by Infinity.
Last year I had to do the re-piping to a duplex which consist of two bedroom and one bath plus one laundry room for both apartment. Somehow I did want to know how good Infinity's prices were in comparison to others companies. Since I am a member of Angie List I called one of the companies she suggest. I called ""REPIPE 1"". The project Manager Jose Peralta came and we both walked through the units and the single laundry room. He took few minutes to write the estimate.
When I read the proposal his estimate was $15,550 plus $325 for permits. This guy probably thought that I never have done any re-piping to have an idea of how much more or less it cost this type of work. I wanted to tell him off but I said thank you I will call you.
When I called Infinity, I met with Marcos, like always he was very respectful and honest. What really impressed me about him is, that he always explained to me the things that needs to be done in each different property, the time it will take and how much it will cost. For this property he gave me a price of $6,500 plus the permits.
In another building of six units which I gave the job to Infinity since I have had good experience with them and nobody can bit their prices, the crew of 7 came in on a Monday morning exactly at 8:00am . By 9:30 am., all areas of the six apartments that needed to be covered in plastic and floor covering was done. By 4:00 pm they would remove everything so when the tenants come back from work everything was clean. The hot and cold water was never interrupted after 4 pm so my tenants could do their things.
They worked super fast and the whole project of six apartments was done in six days. At the end of the six days, the inspector came, took a thorough look, and said as he was leaving ""These guys do a great job"".
Again, all guys were respectful and clean. They left the apartments looking just as they had come in. The next day, they had their stucco and drywall and patching guys come out. They both did a great job, and by the time they were done, they had all of the holes patched, textured and ready for paint. Work was again, great. They were done in about 8 days!
I have and will continue to recommend Infinity Plumbing for their professionalism, quality of work and outstanding customer service. Great company!
