I own a small business. I came into work and realized water was coming up from the floorboards. I came to discover, our hot water heater's hot outtake hose was leaking, probably overnight. I called infinity plumbing to help remedy the problem. They gave me a window, between noon and two, yet never showed. I contacted them again, they said they have someone dispatched between 4 pm and 6 pm. I waited until 6:45 pm and no one showed. It was after hours, so I went to their website and booked a service visit between 10am and noon the next day. They never showed up! Prior to this fiasco, I made a service visit with Infinity Plumbing to fix my guest shower in my home for the upcoming Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when Carlos showed up. The second star was given for Carlos because he diagnosed the problem and was very attentive, respectful and pleasant. Carlos said he would arrange to purchase the part we needed and return on Wednesday to complete the job. Wednesday morning, I never received a message when to expect Carlos to arrive. Prior to heading into yoga class at 1:30, I messed Infinity Plumbing to inquire when I would have a service visit that day. She said she would get back to me. An hour later after class was complete, I did not receive a response. I contacted Infinity Plumbing again and Jacqueline, whom I had been chatting with regarding service appointments said she contacted the plumber and will be receiving a call on when to expect arrival. The day came and went and no one showed up, never got a response from anyone. Don't waste your time, find someone much more organized and equipped to handle the work.

Billy and his crew are very knowledgeable. I can trust them with their work and craft. I've used him more than twice on our old home and they've taken care out our piping, gas, and leaks. The company is very professional and will not try to make you pay for unnecessary repairs or fixes. I did have another plumbing company come out but I felt this company was a solid business. Their number is saved in my contact list and I've recommended two friends to him when they are ready to fix plumbing in their homes.

Roberto showed up from Infinity Plumbing for a minor plumbing fix and he was so great that I asked him to knock out a couple more issues and give me some rough estimates on some other fixes down the road. Everyone at Infinity Plumbing was helpful and courteous. Roberto's service and communication were excellent. Definitely will use them again and would highly recommend.

These guys are great - from soup to nuts. Reached on Sunday via Yelp with a clog, they responded within 10 minutes, and were out promptly on Monday morning. They fixed the issue and gave us some good advice regarding possible upgrades (it's an old toilet). They'll be my go to plumbers for everything, moving forward. Thanks Roberto!

Had a clogged drain from the kitchen that was overflowing into the garage from the washing machine drain. I tried all day on Sunday to get it fixed myself, but to no avail. Getting frustrated and desperate by this time, so reached out to many plumbers, but none of them were available on Sunday. Scheduled for a few plumbers to check it out on Monday since all said they would provide free quotes, since I had no inkling what such a service would cost.
On Monday, one plumbing company came hours later than scheduled & quoted a ridiculous price (I could have bought the machine itself for the amount that they charged). Another called and said they couldn't make it till Thursday. Infinity Plumbing was the only one who came on time, had the right equipment (a pretty powerful auger), got my drain unplugged in no time & didn't cost me an arm and a leg (they were not the cheapest, but they have great customer service that makes up for it). Roberto was great. Next time, I will call Infinity Plumbing as my sole plumber for any emergencies that I have.

I have known for a while that my main sewer line has been clogged. For years I've been going to Home Depot and renting a 50 foot auger to clean it out. This past weekend I was not able to and was resigned to the fact that I probably needed to finally fix my main sewage line.

I connected with Infinity Plumbing and they were at my house with an hours. Not only did they unclog my line, they saw from their camera that my line did not need to be replaced, and instead saw that roots had grown inside of it for years and it needed to be cleaned out. Keep in mind, I've receive quotes before to fix my main line and every one of them told me to replace the whole thing. Instead Infinity said my line was fine and they simply need to hydro blow the roots out.

What they did next was off the charts. They first added two new clean-out pipes to the outside my house so I do not have to go through the indoor line again. They then brought in an industrial strength hydro blower to my house (the thing had a diesel engine to it) to wash out the roots. They spent all day cleaning/fixing my mainline and worked their asses off. The cost of the services was substantially cheaper than all the quotes to replace the mainline. I know paying for plumbing's sucks, however I was more than happy to give Infinity Plumbing my money for their services rendered.

Well done Julio, Roberto, Billy, and Carlos! You all are honest, hard-working, highly experienced, and all-around good people. I'm really glad I met all of you.

Billy and team were fantastic. He responded super quickly to my midnight question (quickest on Yelp) and was able come fix our broken shut off valve in the morning (he said next time that they could even come in the night for emergencies). Due to our old crappy pipes, the work was more complex than expected, but he kept to his original estimate and the work is excellent. Thank you!

I had a garbage disposal that stop working and needed to get it checked out. I called Infinity Plumbing after finding it on Yelp and saw the great reviews. Roberto answered the call right away and said he could be at my place latter that day. He came though latter in the evening and was able to replace my garbage disposal with in minutes. Great company and good people. Replied very quickly on a Saturday afternoon, popped by to see my leaking sink and scheduled the work for the next day. Roberto was professional, courteous and left the area clean. I am definitely going to call them again.
