I can't praise Carlos enough! I have worked with several guys in the past and he raises the bar just way too high.. I wish he knew all trades and I could hire him for everything. He is polite, will only tell you to install/fix what is needed, no price gouging like majority of other contractors, no unnecessary upselling, answers all questions, and above all does a professional and clean job. He installed my water softener and gave me a very very fair price. In fact, I decided to get some other small stuff like water sink malfunction fixed on the spot cuz I knew he'd do a great job for a great price. I would highly highly recommend Infinity.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Carlos site visit and diagnosing the cause of my leak. He was a PROFESSIONAL. All the other places quoted me out of my range and I was so really happy with the value I got from this business. As my leak was a quick fix, I utilized the rest of my appointment to have Carlos to look at land clear out my vanity P trap and I'm so glad I did!! Hope I won't need your services anytime soon but I trust I have found a reliable outfit for future plumbing issues.

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

Where to begin, I called a couple different companies to get quotes for a new water heater 50 gallon install since mine was leaking and found Carlos to be the most fit for the job. Before we were dealing with a cheap water heater that was over 20 years old and ran out of the 6 year warranty. It was no longer providing hot water. We got a new electric Bradford White with a much longer warranty all thanks to Carlos and his sidekick. Carlos was super responsive, honest, and gave us very simple but detailed instructions. Lowest price around town, hands up! He came on time and we got the work done in one hour. We have hot running water again all thanks for Carlos. He was super humble, respectful. We love him! They called us immediately, explained what was likely the problem and booked time to come fix it first thing the next morning. When we had an issue with another sink days later, they came over again to make sure the job was fully complete. They also explained everything to us in detail which built a level of trust in their service and work.
