Couldn't get the pilot to start on our water heater. I contacted Infinity and they sent Roberto out in the morning. He was able to fix it within five minutes and did not charge us. Would definitely recommend to others.

I needed a plumber ASAP cause my shower, bathtub, and toilet were backing up. I called around and most places didn't have anyone available until the next day, but Infinity plumbing had someone that actually was able to show up an hour before our scheduled appointment time. I have to thank my technician/ plumber, Roberto, who was friendly and had a good idea how to fix my problem. It only took about 30 min and thankfully, by snaking the main sewage line, the problem was fixed! He also gave me a 6 month warranty just in case the problem happened again in the future. Roberto definitely knew what he was doing and I look forward to working with him and Infinity plumbing again if I come across anymore plumbing issues. I would recommend Roberto and Infinity plumbing to anyone with similar issues because he got the job done fast and now I can shower again, granted after I clean out my shower!

We had a sudden and terrifying leak coming through the ceiling last night. A different plumbing company came overnight and left a big hole but couldn't find the problem and incorrectly judged the problem (they thought it was a drain leak, so we left the water on overnight, causing even more damage).

Roberto from Infinity came in the morning, systematically investigated, found the problem quickly (a poorly installed shower valve cracked and leaking), got the replacement part, and fixed it good for a super reasonable rate, explaining everything as he went. He's referring us to a drywall worker to fix the water damage and make everything spiffy again.

(For a good time, ask Roberto for his opinion on copper pipe vs PEX, lol!)

That ""omg water is pouring out of the ceiling"" feeling is super scary, but I feel way better now.

I had an awesome experience with Infinity Plumbing. After putting the call out on Yelp for a leaking bathtub, the first response I received was from Infinity. They were able to come out that day and quickly diagnosis the problem. Turns out it was a relatively simple fix and so Jaime took care of it on the spot.
