I called last week. They came out to give me a quote. The technician stated that he would send me the quote via email. I never heard back from them.

They showed up. That maybe doesn't sound like a glowing review, but it is. They came right away to fix my leak, and did a good job detecting it for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them, especially in an emergency.

My toilet was leaking at the base, and so I sent a quote request to Infinity Plumbing. Jamie came by first thing the next day, and gave me a few options to fix it (a shorter term cheaper one, and a full more expensive fix) without trying to push me at all towards the expensive one. We ended up going with the full fix, and he did a great job in the amount of time that he originally predicted. I would definitely use them again, highly recommend Infinity Plumbing.

They were great. I messaged them about a leaky shower and they responded extremely quickly to my request and were able to come out to provide an estimate the next day. They showed up on time for the estimate, were very professional, and wore a mask. They were even willing to start the work immediately. After receiving their quote (and a couple of much higher quotes) I messaged them and scheduled an appointment for the work and they returned the next day. Once again, they were professional and wore masks the entire time. Almost a month later and everything is still working great!

I messaged them this morning on Yelp Quotes. I had two requirements: 1) I wanted an appointment ASAP! Preferably today. And 2) free estimates! I like getting the issue evaluated free-of-charge before any big cost decisions were to be made.

I received a quick response back from Jas C. on Yelp messages. He was able to send a technician within 1.5 hours of my initial message. I was lucky on their availability and the proximity of Roberto!

My issue was my garbage disposal was leaking when we ran the dishwasher. Roberto reconnected a disconnected tube, and tightened things up with a screw driver, and it was up and running smoothly just a couple minutes later! Man, adulting is hard, but better with professionals around lol.

Roberto wore a mask, took off his shoes (without being asked) up in my Asian household lol, and overall was very friendly and professional.

I had a leak from my refrigerator water line and Infinity Plumbing was able to come out quickly on the weekend. The issue was explained and the plumber showed me the problem. He also found out that our refrigerator was leaking too! (I called an appliance repairman for that.). He also discovered a leak under the house and fixed that too! Professional, nice and fast. Overall great experience!

Roberto is the best!! On a Saturday afternoon, 2 toilets decided to (1) overflow after refilling the tank and (2) display slow drainage after flushing. When investigating why, we found wastewater in the yard smh ? so we needed this corrected NOW. We officially have a blockage (it's probably roots in the drainage pipes..)

Roberto was at the house lugging his heavy 100+ ft industrial snake into our backyard within an hour of making a S.O.S. request on Yelp. He was able to breakup the blockage and the toilets were back in working order! The whole experience was so quick and efficient, our nerves around potentially having a huge problem were instantly calmed. He talked us through his process and offered helpful advice and HE DID NOT GOUGE US BECAUSE WE WERE IN NEED!!

If you want a reliable company for plumbing, Infinity is where the magic happens. By the way, Jas is very pleasant to speak with when booking their services. They kept tabs on Roberto's arrival and maintained great follow up.

Roberto the tech did a great job. Arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly and did a great job. He cleaned up after and left the site the same way he found it. Great experience.

Roberto did a phenomenal job on our emergency plumbing situation. The piping behind our pedestal sink was knocked ajar during a cleaning, and I just didn't have time to address this myself. It was worth calling someone in to get it fixed.
My wife called and an hour later, Roberto showed up, scoped out the problem. He determined it was a simple enough fix, ran out in the rain to his truck and came back and within 15 minutes, everything was fixed and working perfectly.
We will be working with Roberto again for any future plumbing emergencies.

All of the above reasons are why you should call and use Roberto for any of your needs, but I can't pass up the fact that despite driving out for an immediate house call - during COVID, using some of his own materials, and spending even just a little time fixing our sink drain pipe - Roberto refused to charge us for the quick and easy job. This was a move of generosity and integrity, showing Roberto takes pride in his work and wouldn't charge for something so readily and simply addressed.

I assure you, this is the guy I'll be calling when something I can't handle goes wrong in the future.
