This was an Emergency, called a few others who where not available or quoted to high. I finally found Infinity Plumbing . We recently moved in and had basement floor drained backed up. That same day they came out to snake the line and found it was a much bigger project. Since my basement was flooded due to main line never being cleaned in years. The home never had a clean out. Within couple days after city permits job was fix and haven't had issues since. Great job highly recommend these guys.

Infinity Plumbing to save the day!! Before reaching them I called two plumbers out when we had a leak in our ceiling. First said nothing gets wrong and said likely AC, Infinity came next and did a super thorough check and found a slow leak on our toilet seal that was dripping into the floor and through the ceiling! He showed me everything... why it was obviously not the a/C and demonstrated how it was leaking. He fixed it right away, and so glad. If I had listened the first guy we would have done nothing and our ceiling would have been so much more damaged before we figured out that we needed to fix it!

Carlos and his team are awesome. I could not have been happier with the big job they completed in one day only. The main sewer pipe of my house had to be replaced due to roots clogging. I would like to upload pictures of what Carlos and his team did but for some technical reason, I can't upload these pictures. I will continue working with him in the future and am very relieved to have found someone I can't count on. I am certainly recommending Infinity to anyone who wants a great plumber, very professional, knowledgeable, nice, punctual and fair in his price.

Infinity Plumbing actually reached out to me for my plumbing leak outside my house and I am forever grateful they did! They were able to send a tech on site to give a free estimate on the same day they first contacted me. Their quote was very competitive compared to other bids that tried to oversell me on the scope of work required to fix the leak. Made an appointment for the fix and they were able to come out a couple of days later. I also chose them because the tech reassured me he didn't have to break the concrete to get to the leak and that he could just dig under the concrete to access the pipe. Other places wanted to jack hammer into 3 inches of concrete.

The tech Carlos was amazing! He showed up on time, professional, honest and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his progress, showed me the source of the leak and what he did to fix it. He fixed it the right way which was important to me. He put everything back together like nothing ever happened. Never once did I ever feel taken advantage of with Infinity. I am so thankful for connecting with this team. I will definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

Carlos is excellent. Very knowledgeable regarding tankless hot water heaters, brand comparisons, performance and ultimately went with Infinity Plumbing because he was patient, professional and knowledgeable. He removed our two 50 gallon hot water heaters from the attic without issue and replace it with a large Reem unit. It's been a week so I may need to update my review later but right now zero issues with the work done and we are very happy. Highly recommend getting help with plumbing issues from Infinity Plumbing!

I can't praise Carlos enough! I have worked with several guys in the past and he raises the bar just way too high.. I wish he knew all trades and I could hire him for everything. He is polite, will only tell you to install/fix what is needed, no price gouging like majority of other contractors, no unnecessary upselling, answers all questions, and above all does a professional and clean job. He installed my water softener and gave me a very very fair price. In fact, I decided to get some other small stuff like water sink malfunction fixed on the spot cuz I knew he'd do a great job for a great price. I would highly highly recommend Infinity.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Carlos site visit and diagnosing the cause of my leak. He was a PROFESSIONAL. All the other places quoted me out of my range and I was so really happy with the value I got from this business. As my leak was a quick fix, I utilized the rest of my appointment to have Carlos to look at land clear out my vanity P trap and I'm so glad I did!! Hope I won't need your services anytime soon but I trust I have found a reliable outfit for future plumbing issues.

Wow. I made the request when I found a drain leak and Carlos was about to come out promptly within a couple of hours. He identified the problem, made the repair, and was able to explain everything that happened. Will be using him again for any other plumbing needs in the future.
