This review is overdue but now is better than never. I called a couple of places before I reached out to Carlos. We discussed my issue with the main sewer and he let me know what he can do and the range of how much it would cost. He came by as scheduled and gave me a straight forward agenda of what to expect at our first meeting. Thereafter, he and his team came out as scheduled and re-did our sewer pipe, which was leaking. Basically, they took care of business as promised at the rate stated. Thanks Carlos!

A pipe burst underneath our home, and we had to shut off our water and call a plumber. Thankfully, the one plumbing company I knew was Infinity! Carlos, the owner, had someone at my door within the hour to assess the situation. They scheduled to start the next day. They showed up ON TIME and started to work. I was thoroughly impressed with the price, their professionalism, and their passion to get the job done so we could turn our water back on. Could not recommend him and Infinity Plumbing highly enough.

Tankless water heater install in my house had some interesting obstacles to overcome, and he tackled everything! All dealt with with no funny business or middle-of-the-project upcharges or anything like that.

Surveyed, quoted, and installed in a single day (with a few minor tidy-up tasks for next business day that had to wait for a couple of parts) and everything is so much better than the old tank model we replaced.

OK guys here I wanted to prepare a party today at 6 PM. However, wouldn't you know it? My kitchen sink stopped up I called everywhere. No one could show up for hours and the couple of people that could show up within a few hours. Wanted to charge me over $375 just to show up. Then I got a hold of Infinity Plumbing a.k.a. Carlos wow the service was excellent. Carlos showed up within 30 minutes. It took him about 45 minutes, but he unstop the clog. Everything is running smoothly. He was professional, courteous, and kind. And add a reasonable cause I'm going to say less than half of what I was originally quoted by other people missing if you ever need professional plumbing services look no further. We thank you.

We had a minor flood as our plumbing was backing up from the shower and overflowing the toilet in our ADU. Called Infinity Plumbing and they had a repairman out to our home within an hour. Never heard back from a few other companies so I really value them for their expedient and excellent service. We needed to add a clean-out in front of our home and repair some of our main sewer line to correct the problems. Infinity got to work ASAP and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. We can't thank Infinity Plumbing enough for working within our budget, understanding our situation and making our home a priority. Thank you to Carlos who explained the needed repairs so well and being in charge of our repairs. All of the guys are super nice, knowledgeable and left the repair site very clean. Infinity Plumbing will be our ""go to"" plumbing company going forward.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job taking care of the kitchen drain. Showed up at 330pm and worked until 730pm because kept running into more and more problems. What we thought it was 1 problem it ended up with other ls but Infinity Plumbing took care of it! Definitely recommend them and will be my future plumbing company.

Had a backup of main sewer line. Infinity Plumbing was very responsive to fit me into their schedule. They cleared the main line from the backup, even though is was very backed up, from the street all the way through our sewer line. They had the snake equipment, including a heavy duty snake, to do the job.

Infinity provided great service and competitive pricing. Clean, neat work, pleasant to work with, he was very helpful and took time to explain the new hot water tankless system to me. Arrived on time and completed the work efficiently . The job took a little longer than expected due to some quirks done to the boiler previously by another contractor. Carlos provided me with great work around options. I would definitely hire them again for my future projects.
