I had my space heater replaced. There was a mistake in the bill. I posted on Yelp and the owner of the company called me to apologize and refund the overcharge. Next day the check was in my mailbox. I appreciate their immediate attention and would recommend Infinite Comfort.

My boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. I contacted three plumbers to come and fix the issue. The first refused to address the problem until they first conducted a $400 cleaning of the boiler. No thank you. The second never returned my three messages that I left on his voicemail. And the third stated that he thought he knew what was wrong but he could not come to repair it for three days... in the winter... in New Jersey. Double no thank you. My wife did a Yelp search and found this amazing company. I called at 7:30am expecting to have to leave a message as I did with two of the three other plumbers. Not with Infinite. A representative answered the phone and was pleasant even at 7:30 in the morning. I stated my problem, and they said they could be at my home within the hour. I then scheduled my appointment for after 2:00pm. Around 3:00, I received a text with a photograph of my technician stating that they would be arriving within the hour. Nice touch. I worry about having strangers in my home when I cannot be there. By 4:00, our technician Osvaldo showed up (and put on shoe covers which my wife absolutely loved). Within 15 minutes, Osvaldo identified the problem. A busted transformer. He quoted me the cost for the new part plus installation and I agreed to the repair. After going to get a new transformer, Osvaldo installed the transformer, and voila, my boiler was running as good as new. And the final price was really REALLY reasonable. Osvaldo was highly knowledgeable and pleasant. Would recommend this wonderful company to anyone. Outstanding service.

I recently purchased a new stove which required us to relocate the gas line in order to make it fit flush against the wall, Fabio and his team did a great job and were extremely professional, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Thanks Guys!

my heat doesn't work so i call Fabio, make a long story short, he has his accounts that are priority to him and makes pointless appointments which he can't back up. He choose the appointment date and time not me. Being courteous got me no where. things happen, i do understand that but don't take on more then you can handle your getting in over your head. your just being greedy. Fabio i hope you and your family don't get treated like this and left with no heat , i hope no one would dare to treat your family like this. business is business but we can still care which clearly you didn't. keep chasing the money your very loyal to greed its going to get you very far in this life.

Technician shows up on Tuesday,is super friendly & knowledgeable Tells me exactly what I need & promises a proposal within a couple of days. I call him on Friday, he apologizes for the delay & lack of communication; he then guarantees a call back by day's end....definitely Monday.
It is now Thursday, almost 7 pm, I have not heard from Fabio.
Lousy communication, left me hanging. Too late now. Guess they didn't want the job....

I called infinite comfort on Labor Day weekend on a day we were having a big bbq. I woke up to small flood in our basement from the ac. They called me back right away. Was at home within 30 min. Fabio was my technician. He went above and beyond. Fixed our problem quickly and even cleaned up the water and mopped the floor. I would highly recommend them. I signed up for their service agreement.

Our AC was having issues, and they were able to send someone within an hour, which was definitely appreciated. We have 2 units. One unit didn't turn on that day when we got back home (which was the reason we made the service call). We figured that while the tech was here, we would have him also look at the 2nd unit too, which hadn't been cooling well over the past week or so.

The tech was able to instantly diagnose the problem of the first unit. Someone had turned off the switch! Not sure how I didn't think to check that.

Now the reason that I'm taking off a few stars is that the tech seemed to be trying to oversell me for the repair of the 2nd unit. Now I'm not AC expert, so maybe the proposed solutions were legitimate, but based on my online research this did seem to be excessive. He was basically saying that my unit was not cooling well because I did not have a ""TXV"" installed. I questioned why it had been cooling perfectly the past 3 years despite having no TXV, and he was unable to provide a good answer. Also keep in mind that the bill to repair this is over $2K, so I think that a proper explanation is justified. After the tech left, I researched this and found that the TXV is meant to improve the efficiency ONLY, so I am very doubtful that this was causing my problem (again, I am not expert).

I probably would've given 2 stars, but they did only charge me for 1 service call (he told me that he technically can charge me for 2 calls because I had them look at 2 units)

Fabio is incredible. I'm so glad I called Infinite Comfort out of the litany of possible providers. In 30 minutes I had a solution to my leaking AC unit and a lot more knowledge of my system. Made it easy to trust this company next time I have issues. Finding people like Fabio takes a huge amount of stress out of home ownership. Highly recommend these guys, all the 5 star reviews prove it out huh!
