This company solicit positive review while there onsite while at a client's house and offer a reduction in price. They watch you write the review as well so that's where all the good feedback comes from. it's creepy and somehow should not be allowed. I never experienced that in my life. positive feedback is left voluntarily by guest when good service is performed.

put in a boiler. 2 years later something cracked had to pay $250 and they told me it's too big for my chimney ! WTH. shouldn't they know that when they recommended it and put it in ! called chimney people. douglas lee of american chimney that came right out As the stand behind their work. a new liner (2K) was put in 5 years ago. He said chimney is fine, call infinite back they won't budge but said their could be future gas leaks and co2 leaks ! guy was nasty kept repeating it's your chimney not us. had no issue with this chimney and my previous boiler which was only 6 years old. I only needed to replace it because of hurricane Ida. I guess we will be heading to small claims court. avoid!

I found this company on Yelp and after reading the reviews I reached out to them for HVAC Maintenance as my central AC wasn't working. Osvaldo and his coworker showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix the problem in under an hour. Being that I recently purchased my home he told me exactly what items I needed to get to properly maintain the units throughout the year.
He was very informative and helpful and did the job quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the service they provided and would use them again.

Called Infinite Comfort to get a diagnostic on a home HVAC issue. Fabio was absolutely patient and thorough in his diagnostics. However, there was absolutely no follow through - He was suppose to get back to me in a week, nothing. I called back in 2 weeks, they apologized and said will follow up ASAP. Still no follow up.

Great attitude during diagnostic phase, zero follow through or results. Waste of my time unfortunately.

I had them come out to look into my uneven heating problem(have steam radiators). They provided a possible solution, and started us off with a service with has helped already. The techs were courteous, responsive, kind. Prices were reasonable. Will def be using them moving forward.

The business claims that ""furnace was full of water"" and ""had not been regularly serviced."" False: The furnace was twelve months old - so no service issues - and the cause of the issue (when a qualified technician looked at it) was a defective control board that the manufacturer eventually replaced under warranty. Basically, the Infinite technician - who was a nice enough guy - wasn't able to diagnose the issue and charged me for something unnecessary.

A word of advice to the business: When you don't do a good job, please don't invent facts.

I am changing my review. The unit they supposedly fixed stopped working within a month. They sent another technician who didn't explain to me what was wrong and I literally had to stop him while he was ready to leave to ask him what was wrong. He then said they will get back to me with a quote and after calling three times during the week I gave up. This place is not professional they could have at least called me back. I will never ever do business with them again and will spread the word on how they treat paying customers. Avoid at all costs!

I requested a sewer line camera/ scope as well as feasibility/ estimates for a few projects. Fabio came within the time window and I was even able to track his arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly and explained everything very well.
