One of the worst companies I have experienced. We were referred to them by our home warranty company to fix a heater. Communication was poor and would never return phone calls, I called several times to speak to the owner Frank and he was always too busy to talk and never called me back. The heater was out for almost 2 months because of Indoor Comfort. It got so bad the home warranty company ended up firing them for our job and went with another company and the heater was back up and running in less than 1 week. In my opinion, I would avoid this company. I would post a zero if I could.

Can I post a zero?! This is the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. Sent by my home warranty company. They were incompetent, incommunicative, and they ghosted me for six weeks. Do not hire! Will report to BBB.

Delores replaced our water heater and did a fantastic job! I would recommend Indoor Comfort Services.

Easy and fast repair! Our warranty company sent Indoor Comfort when our heater stopped working. Our technician Roland King was quick and thorough. He showed up close to the scheduled time and fixed our issues quickly. He was professional, nice and really knew his stuff. We've had issues with warranty work on previous homes but this went well.
Thank you Roland!

First American Home Warranty sent out
Indoor Comfort Services to fix our washing machine. It appears she fixed the issue, but we have another issue with this company. We have a large chest freezer in our garage that was full of food. The plumber was working right by an outlet next to the washing machine and unplugged the extension cord to the freezer but she apparently forgot to plug it back in. We had to throw away over $500 worth of rotten food as we did not discover the freezer was unplugged immediately after the plumber left. I have attempted to contact this company multiple times and they are not helping to remedy the situation. I was told the boss was going to be calling me, but have yet to hear from them. I received a phone call from the plumber Delores who claims that she did not unplug the extension cord to the freezer. She proceeded to argue with me over the phone. Worst customer service experience with this company. The manager would not even speak with me. I will be filing a complaint with the home warranty in hopes that they stop working with Indoor Comfort.

They might be a great company. I wouldn't know. The tech they sent out was wonderful and diagnosed the problems. It's been days, and I can't get ahold of anyone to actually get the work done. You can look at the history of all the times I tried to call indoor comfort, and they haven't gotten back to me. Instead, I've been hung up on or left messages on their answering service that haven't been returned. It's been days.

I was connected with Indoor Comfort through our home warranty company two years ago. They helped replace our furnace and AC and both have been working well since. Problem is that we were notified by the county that the permit was never finalized. We're looking for the company that performed the HERS testing (if it was done?) so we can get all the necessary paperwork to finalize the permit. I called Indoor Comfort multiple times trying to get the necessary information, always talking to a like person who isn't able to help me. Would be great if someone could call back and help settle the matter.

It's been a month and they won't pickup anyone's calls. They have someone on an answering line who just takes messages. This is beyond ridiculous

Worst ever! If your home warranty company tries to send them out ask for a different company even if you need to wait. First American home warranty uses them. They never answer the phone or return calls. The only person that calls you back is the plumber Dolores. I had my water heater replaced on 1/24/23 and the gentleman that took the water heater out dragged our 75 gallon water heater that still had water in it across our garage floor causing damaged the to the epoxy coating the whole length of our garage. I called the next day after install when I realized the damage and left a detailed message; my call was not returned. I called again and once again did not receive a call back. Finally after being so frustrated I called the home warranty company to see if they could help expedite it. They got someone on the phone and I was told to send Indoor comfort services pictures so I did on February 22nd. I called to follow up as they still had not reached out to me by March 3rd. I spoke to Billie and she said my pictures were received and she has no idea of what is going on. She then has Dolores come back out and take more pictures to explain the damage and I was told that she would make sure this was taken care of. Well it is now the 14th and it is still not fixed. An appointment was set for Ken (the guy that did the damage) to come back and fix it. Guess what he didn't show. Do your self a favor and just don't use this company. If you have a home warranty ask for them to send someone else or pay out of pocket and the homewarranty company can reimburse you. Worst experience ever. I tried to let them do the right thing and fix it before writing a review, but they suck!

This was my assigned contractor through American Home Shield. They never ever answered their phone. NEVER! From Tues morning at 8 a.m. to Wed at 330. I tried 11 times to
call and update them with my tenants phone number. I left 3 voice mails. Ahs also tried to contact them. There are 3 phone numbers listed and i tried all of the. for 2 days. FInally they called the second day at 330 and I gave her the tennants phone number to schedule the appt. She said she would call my tenant ""RIGHT AFTER I HANG UP WITH YOU."" Never did. Two ahs reps tried to call them while i was on hold and couldn't get a hold of them either. This was a tennant/landlord situation and there was NO HEAT and 30 degree temps, with a baby in the house as well. Finally got another contractor assigned, and he showed up the next day, fixed it.
