Props to Technician Roland King with Indoor Comfort Services! The company in general was responsive and timely but I've gotta hand it to Mr King, who was able to diagnose and fix a number of problems on our AC unit in our house that we recently bought in a friendly, timely and professional manner!

A/C busted in June. Our home warranty company assigned us to this poop-show. They never answer the phone the first time you call, don't listen to messages etc. They made us wait 1 week plus before they could fix the a/c. They showed up late to the appointment. Fixed the issue, cleaned out the unit. THREE WEEKS LATER IT IS DEAD AGAIN and THEY WON'T COME BACK FOR TWO WEEKS! I'm thinking that since they ""fixed"" it, we should have priority. Nope. So sorry... nothing they can do but put us at the END OF THE LINE again.

EDIT (UPDATE): After leaving this review and one on Google, the owner reached out to me stating they would replace the TV and make right this issue. However, this promise only came after I broadcast what had happened which is a little upsetting. However, despite this it still took two weeks for me to get someone to actually take action. I called numerous times and was again told to expect a call from a supervisor same-day each time. These calls never came. On my last call I was prepared to file a claim against their bond but they managed to get a supervisor to make the purchase. I have now set up the replacement TV. I would amend my rating higher if not for the total lack of communication, failed promises to call back, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. The time it took to make this happen is still ridiculous and the fact they were seemingly unwilling to remedy the damages they caused until it was broadcast publicly is upsetting.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Do not let these people into your home unless you're willing to risk property damage. After a lengthy ordeal of diagnostics, replacements, and repairs lasting over a month and taking 6 appointments my unit is finally functional. However, three days after the 3rd appointment I noticed that my TV had been unplugged and the left of the screen had been shattered making the it completely unusable. The install team who was here 3 days prior to replace the coil in my attic said nothing about this to their supervisors, managers, or myself. I emailed and did not receive a reply. I then called them to alert a manager I was told to select a TV and that they would swiftly replace it. I selected a TV at a comparable price point and emailed it to them. This was on May 25th. Since then I have followed up multiple times in writing and called regarding this issue multiple times a week including bringing it up when scheduling the later diagnostics and services as the AC unit was still nonfunctional after the coil install due to a somehow unaddressed leak at the coil. Each time I mentioned it I was told a supervisor was not available but would be in touch later that same day. This never once happened. My landlord then stepped in and insisted I be contacted to which they told him the same thing. Once again they did not respond at all. I'm not sure why they would agree to replace the TV and then ghost me like this expecting no repercussion. They also are terrible at doing what they purport to do, fix AC units.

We have been going back and forth trying to get a repair done since the start May. Finally, they came out a few weeks ago to look at our HVAC system, diagnosed it and made a follow up appointment for the repair. They warned us that the repair would take a few hours so I took the day off of work to be home for the appointment. Without communicating to us at all, they never showed to the appointment. Nobody answers the phone either. We finally got a call back to let us know that they would not be coming out to our home, an hour after the scheduled appointment was supposed to be over. So after multiple attempts to get in contact and taking the day off work, our HVAC is still broken in the heat of summer. We will not be rescheduling this appointment with the company, but rather go with anyone else who may be more reliable.

They are one of the worst company for HVAC repair. They have costed me 2500$ out of the pocket and they did not even fix it correctly. The indoor air handler unit has been put wrong by them. TXV replacement from them was wrong and at wrong place. It has costed me 4000$ to spend on outdoor unit as it went bad and now I have to spend additional 2500$ for indoor.
Plus the worst thing is the customer service is so poor that it is impossible to get help from them.
I hope this company can go out of business for ripping out people like me.

Technician Mike was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with our heat pump and got it up and running in no time. We really appreciate his professionalism and skills!

Field staff were timely and professional. Otherwise, they lied and didn't follow through. They can't be trusted. When we signed the contract, they took my c.c. info and guaranteed the card would not be charged until the project was complete which would be when the finall inspection is complete. They lied. My HVAC unit was replaced and inorder to get the final inspection approval a system pressure test is required (HERS). The HERS was jan 4 but the card was charged back on Dec 28 and, as of this posting, a final inspection has not been sheculed. EWhen i called to correct the situation, Office staff kept saying I can call when I'm ready. ""I'm ready""!! Two things about that, I'm paying for the permit process per agreement and, as home owner, someone would have to call and tell me the project is complete. I went through a Home Warranty Co who found Indooe Comfort Services (ICS). ICS must need to work kthrough a warranty co. in order to get work.. I would never recommend them.

I submitted my claim to my home warranty on 12/27. Indoor Comfort called me immediately and scheduled the first available appointment with me for 1/2. After the appointment, an approval request for the part needed was sent to my home warranty company ... and as a side note: Indoor Comfort went ahead and ordered the part without the approval just to be ahead of the game once it was actually approved. 1/3 my home warranty approved the part. 1/5 the part arrived and was installed same day! I will use this company for ALL of my future needs, from here on out.
Many home warranty companies lack urgency and customer service. As a Realtor, I have seen this negatively impact so many homeowners. I have a feeling that many of the other reviewers here have never experienced the home warranty claim process and/or have horrible home warranty companies. It's unfortunate that their lack of knowledge was taken out on this company. None of these reviews rang true for me.

One of the worst companies I have experienced. We were referred to them by our home warranty company to fix a heater. Communication was poor and would never return phone calls, I called several times to speak to the owner Frank and he was always too busy to talk and never called me back. The heater was out for almost 2 months because of Indoor Comfort. It got so bad the home warranty company ended up firing them for our job and went with another company and the heater was back up and running in less than 1 week. In my opinion, I would avoid this company. I would post a zero if I could.
