I am so incredibly frustrated! I cannot get a call back or email return. We received an estimate, approval from home warranty and I provided my credit card to pay the difference. This is thousands of dollars in work, I REALLY don't understand why they won't return the call and schedule the work! Perhaps I can get the Manager, Frank, to respond to be here. This is ridiculous!

Horrible experience, very poor customer service and workmanship. They didn't even finish the work. Once my warranty company paid them, they stopped working. My AC isn't going to pass city permit inspection with the work they did and they know it so they aren't returning my calls since they got paid by the warranty complany. I have to pay for another company to come complete the work so it would pass code. They also haven't provided any paperwork for the AC unit installed. I have no invoice, no installation paperwork, no way to register the unit with the manufacture in case there is a problem with the unit in the future. I have called several time with no return call, I have called my home warranty company to complain about the service, home warranty has reached out to them without any response either. It took them 4 weeks to even get the unit installed, then another 2 weeks to seal the ducts, and then they identified a few more reasons it wouldn't pass code and then poof, nothing for 3 weeks now. They cancelled twice on the day they were to come out so I had to miss work those days and then take more days off to have them come install. Honestly the worse company I've ever dealt with.

Contracted with these people through my homeowners insurance. They came out in August to fix my A/C. It took them 8 weeks to complete my paperwork and submit it to the insurance company!! Now that summer is over, they found time for me. I would never do business with this company! I doubt that you would want to either! They don't deserve your business.

AVOID!!! This company is not only irresponsive, irresponsible but also unprofessional. Look at their yelp reviews. The owner only responds to positive feedbacks & ignore negative ones & customer concerns.
All I need from them is to send their inspection report to the home warranty company so we can proceed with the work. I called them multiple times before I could speak to a female rep, and she did not know what she was talking about. All she told me was she would tell her boss. I've been following up every day and nothing happened. It has been week and they still haven't provided the report. How can you trust them to do the work for you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with them

2 months and still waiting for AC repair in the middle of heat wave. Technician advised us that AC is over rated "" you should get a kiddy pool to cool down"" They have delayed process, delayed communication with warranty company. Even when AC unit was sent to them from company they took 2 weeks just to answer my call to schedule since "" we are too busy getting 500 calls per day"". Do not accept a job from warranty company if you do not have manpower to handle it. Very poor customer service from Terra. Stay away from this company.

As a business owner myself, I can relate to how hard it is to call customers back in a timely matter. This company's voicemail only works about half the time. They call me back and when I return call it just rings and rings. Ive been getting the run around for days..what a joke of a company

I was introduced to Indoor Comfort 5 months ago through my home warranty. I had such a great experience working with this group. First, the office manger Leanne was so friendly and constantly kept me updated via phone and text. A win on the text messaging. Second, the owner came to meet with me before install. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. The unit was installed over several days (because of the weekend) but the techs were thourough. Recently we bumped into an issue with the unit and Victoria and Dan (one of the techs) worked with me to resolve it in a very timely manner. Really great group of knowledgeable people with excellent customer service skills.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are going through your home warranty. Save yourself the pain and agony, just ask for another contractor (like the other reviews that I ignored) have recommend. My experience involved the company coming out for an emergency work order due to my water heater failing and flooding my garage. They advised me they would need to replace it (which I already knew as my garage was flooded) and that they would advise the warranty company. It took 6 days for them to send in the info to the warranty company. 6 days of me calling and begging them to please send the info to the warranty company. 6 days they assured me they were aware of the situation and would get it handled. After 5 days I called another plumbing company and had a new water heater replaced that day. I can not speak to the quality of there work as no work was ever performed. If you choose to ignore my recommendation and utilize this company I wish you the best of luck!

Tim is very experienced and knowledgeable. He quickly was able to identify the issue with my AC unit and resolved it for both upstairs and downstairs units. He even went the extra mile and made sure my two nest devices was properly functioning. Some technicians would never do that! Thank you, Tim!

My insurance sent me to this place for repair of my HVAC system. They eventually fixed it over about almost a month of waiting in 106 degrees temperature. Took 2 tries but not without a lot of hassle and headache. The reason is because after the first visit, the receptionist that worked the schedule is a complete idiot and booked me for a different day. The interesting thing was I was told that Thursday and Friday's were reserved for ""go-backs"" so no idea why I was offered 4 days later. Even after booking the new date, the schedule was still screwed up because it wasn't the right time. The office ended up rebooking me for the correct date but 6 hours off from the original appointment time! Now how do you mess up an appointment when I received a confirmation text message stating the correct time and date the first time? The computer don't make mistakes, so all I can think of is you guys bumped me to a less convenient time perhaps for more desirable client. We all got jobs and need to take time off to be home so making these mistakes or not is not acceptable when it happens TWICE. To add fuel to the fire, the tech refuses to come at the set time and will personally call you to schedule for an earlier time because in the afternoon, it's too hot, and he refuses to go up in the attic. You're telling me that you got into this profession so you can pick and choose when and where you want to crawl into? Maybe if you own your own business but apparently you don't. It's like going to the doctor and the doctor refuses to examine you before you even walk through the front door. Just ridiculous. After multiple phone calls to the office, the tech came came out but was rude and very unprofessional. Did not wear shoes covers when entering your home and even bitched about them when we provided him with them. All I hear is cuss words flying left and right. The cussing continued as he was removing equipment from my attic damaging my ceiling support beams and molding that holds the drywall cover in place. The same night after the fix, I hear a loud BANG!! I went up there the next day to check out what's going on and the cover fell off!! Can't even put things back the way it was found property. Further examination showed the retaining clip for the cover was severely bent out of shape. I believe the tech just tried to rush the job at the end. I have had it with this company and do not recommend them to anyone. What shotty workmanship and attitude. I have heard horror stories of services requests from contractors provided by your insurance company but I think it is just this company since I never had any issues with a prior company we used prior through the same insurance.
