Needed plumbing help again. Our toilets backed up. They were there w/in two hours. They check the clean out in the sewer connection on the side of house. It was full of roots. They got a machine that cut out the roots. They were done within and hour. Very nice workers. Price very reasonable. These are my plumbers for life.

We had a bathtub drain overflow problem and the guys from Independent Plumbing did a great job fixing it. So, first, they are competent. Second, even when a little extra work was needed, they kept the cost to their original estimate, which we greatly appreciated. So they have integrity too. The owner was very communicative via email and phone about the job so they are good about that too. They were recommended to me and didn't disappoint. I will use them again.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! VERY reasonable rates. They're fast, and the service was great!

I had used Bonney in the past, so when my main line got backed up I called them. Their guy ran a SMALLER snake down my 4"" main and then told me he could not clear it and that I would have to pay $320 for the ""hydro"" service to have it pressured out. When I didn't want to do that...he wrote me up and invoice...told me to call them when I was ready to fix it...got in his truck....and DROVE OFF!

That's when my wife told me about Independent. Daniel was GREAT on the phone, and had Justin out to my place within the hour. Then, HE came by as well! Justin used the PROPER 4"" head on the snake and had my line unstopped in about a MINUTE! NO BS! NO improper tools! NO bait-and-switch tactics! Just great, reliable service at VERY fair prices!!! I recommend these guys to everyone now!!!

I'd give this guy ten stars if I could.

- More than 50% cheaper than what we would have paid with Roto Rooter
- Gave an accurate price quote beforehand (ended up paying the exact price as the quote)
- Arrived on time
- Took the extra time afterwards to explain the small things we could do to prevent the situation from happening again
- Open 7 days a week

We even tried to tip him because we were so pleased with the service, but he wouldn't take it! We're definitely using him for all our future plumbing issues, and recommending to any friends and family who will listen.

Best experience ever! From the time Daniel answered the phone to Tahanna (sorry if I butchered the spelling!) calling and confirming and Martin's efficient and professional work. I would highly recommend this group!! They were on site less than 2 hours after I called, completely taking all the stress of the situation out!

Had a shower leaking into the room below and freakin out that it was going to be a huge project which turned out to be a dried up old seal that needed to be replaced. It was completely done within an hour and a half including a few minutes waiting on the right seal to be delivered to my immense relief!

This plumbing company is the best definition of great customer service! Very responsive and they were able to keep my water main leak to a minimum during this ugly drought. I was informed of all work that was being performed and I was able to have a piece of mind at the end of the day that everything was going to work again the way it was suppose to. Allow me to start with a couple of positives. It was a Sunday morning when we realized one of our tubs was backing up with garbage disposal waste. We were hosting a brunch later that morning. We went to yelp and picked these guys based on the positive reviews. We called, and they had a plumber (Mark? Matt? Marty?) here within 1 1/2 hours and he had the problem corrected in less than an hour. The reason for the poor rating, you might ask? Our tub apparently has a different type of overflow than standard, so he explained he couldn't route his line through it to open the clog. He tried running it through a utility sink in the garage to no avail. So, he came back into the house and said he only had one other option . . . to get on the roof and access the line through the roof vent. Due to the fact that he had to get on a ladder and ""risk his life"" (his exact words), the price would be $300 instead of the standard $135. Mind you, our roof was just installed last month, and is sturdy asphalt shingle on a gently-sloped single story. Really, dude? Risk your life? Man up. I responded that he has us over a barrel here, to which he cocked his head and shrugged his shoulders. Within ten minutes of agreeing to his blackmail through gritted teeth, the clog was clear, he had his $300 ransom and was on his way. The price more than doubled for ten extra minutes because the poor guy had to get on a ladder. The real plumbing job came when we had to bend over and grab our ankles. Sadly, it's the dudes like this that make me not trust any of 'em.

I am so very happy that I found Independent plumbing!! After ""Service Now Plumbing"" destroyed my bathtubs P-trap while snaking the drain, I looked elsewhere for assistance. I called Independent Plumbing and to my surprise they were able to come give me a free estimate within hours. The company who destroyed my plumbing wanted $1000 to replace a simple P trap!! So I was very pleased to hear Independent Plumbings quote of $250. They were able to get the job done that same day, in less than two hours from start to finish. They were very professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I called them for an emergency service and they sent somebody out within an hour, that morning, they had great communication and reliable service, and provided pictures of the issue, what more could you ask for?
