First of all I thought Inbound Plumbing was a very big company because of the way Antonio the owner carries himself. He is very professional, his truck is in great shape. He is very responsive to texts and calls. He is very courteous and respectful. And his price was very reasonable based on other quotes I received over the years on projects. I was taken for a ride by a big plumbing company many years ago and I have never felt over charged by Inbound plumbing. Antonio tells you the price upfront and is very prompt with his service. Despite being evacuated from his home in Altadena due to the Eaton fire, Antonio came to my house in Downey and quickly diagnosed a problem (of very strong sulfur-smelling water) that 3 other plumbers had not been able to fix. He tried the most inexpensive solution first, but ended up having to replace an old hot water heater. He was quick, conscientious and professional and upgraded the equipment with a leak pan and exterior drain so the new water heater could be flushed on a regular basis to avoid future problems. I highly recommend that you call Inbound Plumbing for any issue you are having. We ALL need to support small businesses in Altadena!

Antonio was referred to us by our next door neighbor. Antonio returned my voicemail in a timely manner and scheduled an appointment for the following day between 10am and 11am. He texted ahead of time when he determined he would not be able to arrive until around 10:30am. He arrived on time , examined the work to be done (clogged bathroom sink) and gave two options for service. He completed the service immediately, cleaned the work area and left two business cards. The price of the service was reasonable for the work that was done. Antonio was very polite and professional - I would highly recommend his services!

We were having a problem with drainage in the tub and a problem with the diverter (too much water coming out of the tub spout when the shower was on).
