Antonio came to me highly recommended by a friend, and he still exceeded my expectations. He quickly assessed the situation, and recommended several possible solutions. Once we agreed on a plan, he executed it quickly, and he took the extra time to show me around and explain exactly the improvements that he made to fix a leak and provide maintenance on two water heaters. We just purchased a new washer but it could not be installed due to problematic faucets so we had to call a plumber and have it fixed before it could be installed. We have had people come by before but they were often unreliable so we decided to give Antonio a try this time. A phone call and a very short time later, he arrived, repaired the faucets and even gave us helpful advice as to what to do in order to prevent the same problem from happening again. I highly recommend Inbound Plumbing for your plumbing and heating home repairs. I had Antonio replace a burst pipe awhile back. He did a great job, so I had Indoor Plumbing return to replace my faulty gas wall furnace.

He and his assistant were professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. They worked within my schedule and completed the job within a few hours.

They installed a brand new wall furnace, new thermostat, repaired the loose vent pipe, and repatched the tar on the roof vent.

I asked Antonio to come by to investigate a leak that several other plumbers had missed. He spent a lot of time very thoroughly checking our crawlspace and all around our laundry/master bath before he found it! He fixed it right away and cleaned up so well it was like he hadn't been there. He was fantastic at communication - quick to respond, answered all our questions, went above and beyond to explain things and show us pictures. He went over the cost and then quickly went to work with two different drain snakes. Antonio was very communicative and friendly, making sure to show me things throughout the process.
