Angel from In & Out has worked for to of my clients in the same building. It's a large building with multiple residences and challenging plumbing. The water could not be turned off and the pipes needed to be frozen in order to stop the water flow. I had difficulty even finding a plumber willing to take on such a challenging situation. Angel did a great job and willingly returned to make an adjustment a week later. He was friendly and easy to work with.

I have called In & Out Plumbing for 20 years to change a cartridge in my condo's showers. They cost about $25 at Home Depot. This year when I called In & Out to change 2 cartridges they gave me a estimate for poking a hole in my bathroom tile & replacing a pipe in both bathrooms. Goodbye In & Out. You lost a customer

I used this place twice but it's hard to recommend this place again as the quote I received is ridiculous. I can tell you that for the same thing the price went up from $300 to $540 for unclogging the garbage disposal. The biggest surprise was fixing a leaking faucet in the master bedroom which was quoted let's just say 4 digits because I was told that it was unreachable and the cabinet needed to be cut and reassembled. Of course I found someone else who didn't need to do any of that for 1/10 of the price.

What a dishonest company. There quote to replace a broken water heater was more than twice the other quotes I received. I guess they figured they had me over a barrel so they could charge me any price they wanted. It's one thing to charge someone a 10-20% premium for a job that needs to be done quickly but more than twice as much. Choose someone else as I did.
