We recently moved into a new home (built in the 70s but new to us!) And low and behold we had cast iron pipes. We had a few stoppages and had to get snaked a few times before our home warranty company had the people send a camera down to see more of the problem and some soil shifting caused a section of pipe to "belly", which was the main cause of all our problems. Unfortunately, "soil shifting" means it would not be covered by the warranty. But, lucky for us, this meant we could pick our own plumber and quickly found these guys! They came out next day to give us a quote on how to fix our problem and re-pipe our entire home. They were able to devise a plan that would be all external and not tear up any of the new floors this home had. They also made a super informative video for us to review with their full plan and explaining their quote. We approved and planned to start today, but after an unexpected flood in our hall bathroom we called to see if we could get moved up in the schedule and, luckily, they were able to start on Tuesday of last week. Their team was professional and FAST! They had all the digging done in two days and did ALL the piping in one day, working pretty late to make sure it was all done so we could get inspected the next day. All in all, they started on a Tuesday and everything was done and holes were filled 5 days later by Saturday evening! I cannot say enough great things about everyone working on this team. I will refer anyone needing this type of work done to them from here on out!

This is the most honest plumber I've ever met. Shawn will tell you the pros and cons of each option. Best prices I've found in area.

In-House Plumbing truly provided exceptional service from start to finish. We had a problem with one of our cast iron sewer lines and after research decided to go with In-House for the PVC re-route. We were planning to do only half the house. Chris came out for an initial estimate and within an hour of his visit (on a Friday evening) we received a VERY detailed proposal, with plans showing our options, cost explanations, and a 30 minute video from the owner Shawn outlining everything. The price and plans were favorable so we went with the full re-route. Now all our sewer pipes all the way out to the street connection are smooth PVC and should last our lifetimes without any major issues. The entire process took 7 full days (would've been 5 but there were complications with our particular yard and lines), the yard was a mess but (at least in our case) very minimal work was required in the house and no damage to the tile/wood floors or slab. All of the workers we interacted with were polite and helpful, especially Chris (excellent all around), Jackie (always eager to answer any questions, positive and knowledgeable) and Santos (stayed late to hook up a toilet for us). We were able to stay in our house the entire time the work was done. They kept us informed on progress, any changes and were always eager to answer any questions. They really went above and beyond! This was an expensive and stressful home repair to have to make but they put us at ease. I would recommend In-House Plumbing to my best friends and family. 11 out of 10 quality and service.

Would def recommend Rick as he's a straight shooter with years of knowledge and a Master plumber as well. Called for a hydrostatic pressure test and was able to get an appointment the following day. Rick was courteous, professional, and his work was very clean and thorough. He took the time to explain any questions I had for him and although everything turned up fine, it gave me piece of mind knowing that the work was done correctly.

Fantastic experience with Rick @ In-House Plumbing. Got a quick call back from an online inquiry about a backed up sink and got same-day service, professional work, reasonable prices, and Rick was great to talk to as well. I've gotten plumbers before, but never has had a good of an experience as this. I can't recommend these folks enough.

Hi ,
Usually I review rare but I need this to make sure everyone decide before they choose the company for the job.
I was told by a foundation company that there was a water or sewer leak and fix it to get things straight at my home.
I contacted my agent who is very helpful and gave this company reference for the job.
Contacted the company got my leak initial test and was told to go for isolation test -195 $ charged
Next isolation test and charges -695$ found two leaks as per their report and evaluated the excavation needed at 8 feet and two leaks - advised to fix
Estimate received-4195 not itemised not sure how much for what
Work started and after a days work was told verbally there was chipping needed and 200 bucks more and after another day passed the work is completed and was told verbally the price is 5595 after completion so now it increased the price from 4195 to 5595 a total of 1400 bucks that's huge and was told no written invoice for the work done just pay and get receipt after payment and threatened to pay now or I will put lean On your house and my attorney talk to you is the answer for asking a written invoice,so rude never saw customers paying huge amounts and no written invoices before for understanding for what I am paying for and how do somebody call professional, honest company with all these
The price 1200 for was never communicated or agreed .
My experience and lesson learnt
Earlier I got another company done initial test and isolation test for free ( they said we provide free testing and estimates and was interested to know another opinion and I hope everyone does when putting good money) and provided a quote to fix the same leaks for less than the final price honest company did the job .
so I advise to check with few companies just don't just go with one especially honest and affordable calling companies , ask every thing in writing and I want to mention one more thing the extra 1200 is for more excavation as per company which is 50 % more than the feet suggested by initial inspection team report and it's so skillfull analysis for almost 900 bucks thank god
Charging in multiple chunks does not make it affordable - it's a scam
195 + 695 + 4195 + 200 + 1200 = 6485 my case final price
I am posting my experience in multiple forums just to make everyone aware when making a decision I can provide more info if anyone needs drop me a message
Good luck guys.

I had a great experience with this local plumbing company and wanted to share the info. We had the old 60's cast-iron waste lines in our pier and beam in need of replacement. (2 leaks over past 2 years and simply don't want to deal with it again, so time for the pvc upgrade). This is a pier and beam with 3 bathrooms. I called on four companies and settled on In-House Plumbing. Out of the 4 bids In-House was right in-line with 3 other bids, but had a longer 1 year warranty and were willing to do more work (other company required cutting an additional inside access hole and fixing (at my cost) any hvac ducts that needed to be moved), so in the end, they were a better solution. Shawn (owner) came out, arriving on time, and surveyed the job. He then explained the plan and later sent a video overview along with the quote. I admit it was pretty cool and very thorough. The crew started on a Wednesday morning with digging additional access areas (for better access for crew and materials) and wrapped it up Friday evening (staying late to complete the work that night). They even ran into an issue with the existing pipes being more buried than expected and they sent an additional digging crew (at no additional cost). The onsite crew, Sean (not the owner) and Tim were great to work with. They were extremely friendly, did a complete job, had a great attitude and seemed to really make the job go smoothly. (and for comparison, they were 1/3 the cost of Dried Piper. Dried Piper stated they had more experience with slab homes and felt it best to trench the yard instead of using the crawl space). The phone is: 972-494-1750 and the owner is very responsive to email (my preferred method of communication).

This is a very honest and reputable company!
I sent them photos of some water damage and crumbling of my wood floor under my piano. Chris looked at the pictures and honestly told me that it did NOT look like a plumbing issue! He recommended I contact the flooring company that installed our wood floor a couple years ago.
I bet there are other plumbing companies that would have taken advantage of me and charged me to come out and look it, and possibly complete some unnecessary work.
So, In-House Plumbing now has a future customer because of their honesty! Thanks, Chris. Thanks also to Brenda for handling my request in a extremely quick and professional manner.

After suspecting a leak we called in-house Plumbing to come and do a leak test. Rick arrived on time and conducted the test. After the test he gave me the full report and explained to me all the different options. He never once tried to sell me anything. He was extremely professional in every way. We have used In House Plumbing before and we will use them again. They're very honest and straightforward. Unfortunately not all plumbing companies are like that. That's why we will stick with In House Plumbing.

In House Plumbing recently did a partial reroute of my sewer lines. They were extremely professional, on time every day and finished in the time frame promised, well-priced, and very honest. There was a some accidental damage done to my floors during the initial investigation (before the major reroute work) and they went well above and beyond to apologize and cover the costs of fixing it. They also did a great job cleaning up and left everything in my home and yard in good shape - which is impressive given how much dirt they dug up. Highly recommend them!!
