I had a great experience with In-house plumbing. I had multiple plumbers come check my sewer system and they gave me way overpriced quotes. If they weren't overpriced, it was only a small section repair for over $9k. One quote I got from a plumber was for $45k for the complete sewer system replacement not including braches to the showers and outside sewer line. Chris and Sean from In-house plumbing explained everything they were going to do without "if this then the price will go up" bs. When they inspected the old sewer, they didn't guesstimate how much digging (so no surprise charges) and they provided a sewer reroute option that was more effective. If you are frustrated with ridiculous quotes give In-house a call. FYI- complete sewer replacement (under foundation) completed in 4 days.

I mention "Black voice" because i don't know the name of the person but recognize the voice/tone so the mgt can address the right staff (see i also put the exact date and time); so dont be sensitive with that. On legal document or employment contract the government also use terms like "Black" "White" "Hispanic" "Asian" (o United States Census officially recognized five racial categories (White or European American; Black or African American; Asian American; American Indialaska Native; and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) ) so it's legit, no discrimination here. Shawn, as the owner but you show here that bad customer service attitude and show no value of "customer obsession" in your tone. To be transparency, can you post the recording of the first call that your staff call me after i left voice message) not the 2nd one i called back) so everyone here can make a judgment ??? (she is very rude and arrogant) i thought the management should be different but now i know your company culture and values. thanks for your reply to confirm it.

We live in Plano in a house built 50 years ago... we saw some movement and had a foundation company come look at it. They suggested we get a leak test. I found "in house plumbing" on youtube after doing some research. They came out and did a leak test.. NO leak they told us.. I was shocked. I would say they could have scammed us out of a bunch of money.. but nope finally an honest plumbing company!! I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks!!

When I first contacted this company I was told I didn't qualify for the "free second opinion" for a hydrostatic sewer test advertised on their website. I felt mislead and was really disappointed because of all the other positive reviews I'd seen, and posted a review stating my experience.
Shawn, the owner, responded to my review and even called me to apologize. Apparently the secretary was misinformed about what constituted a free second opinion. He was so gracious about everything and even sent a gift card of my choosing for the trouble.
His guys (Chris and Sean) came out today to complete the free test on our sewage lines and explained everything they did in extreme detail. They went above and beyond - Chris even got up in our attic to check on a plumbing vent he was worried about. Unfortunately, they did confirm a leak somewhere under our slab. However, I am now considering using them for the repair because I feel they are an honest company that want to take care of their customers.

I am in San Diego CA, so not a potential client unfortunately. But I just wanted to thank you for investing the time to make your website so frickin informative. Mold growing on shoes and table legs throughout the bottom floor of one of our rental properties (no matter what mitigating construction we do trying to fix it) has been a problem which no professional in my area seems to know half what you know about, just reading through your website. The only thing more painful than the tens of thousands of dollars spent trying to fix the problem yet repeatedly failing... is the associated level of frustration. If by some miracle you happen to relocate to Southern California please let me know...

This review is over-due but better late than never I hope. We have used In-House Plumbing several times for all levels of work. The tunneled under our house to repair large pipes, they have repaired appliance water lines, installed shut-off valves and installed faucets for us. All jobs from biggest to the smallest were done with care. They are courteous, skilled and careful. They always clean up and check that things are working correctly before they leave. The plumber is knowledgeable, their charges are reasonable, and the work is top-notch.

We recently moved into a new home (built in the 70s but new to us!) And low and behold we had cast iron pipes. We had a few stoppages and had to get snaked a few times before our home warranty company had the people send a camera down to see more of the problem and some soil shifting caused a section of pipe to "belly", which was the main cause of all our problems. Unfortunately, "soil shifting" means it would not be covered by the warranty. But, lucky for us, this meant we could pick our own plumber and quickly found these guys! They came out next day to give us a quote on how to fix our problem and re-pipe our entire home. They were able to devise a plan that would be all external and not tear up any of the new floors this home had. They also made a super informative video for us to review with their full plan and explaining their quote. We approved and planned to start today, but after an unexpected flood in our hall bathroom we called to see if we could get moved up in the schedule and, luckily, they were able to start on Tuesday of last week. Their team was professional and FAST! They had all the digging done in two days and did ALL the piping in one day, working pretty late to make sure it was all done so we could get inspected the next day. All in all, they started on a Tuesday and everything was done and holes were filled 5 days later by Saturday evening! I cannot say enough great things about everyone working on this team. I will refer anyone needing this type of work done to them from here on out!

This is the most honest plumber I've ever met. Shawn will tell you the pros and cons of each option. Best prices I've found in area.

In-House Plumbing truly provided exceptional service from start to finish. We had a problem with one of our cast iron sewer lines and after research decided to go with In-House for the PVC re-route. We were planning to do only half the house. Chris came out for an initial estimate and within an hour of his visit (on a Friday evening) we received a VERY detailed proposal, with plans showing our options, cost explanations, and a 30 minute video from the owner Shawn outlining everything. The price and plans were favorable so we went with the full re-route. Now all our sewer pipes all the way out to the street connection are smooth PVC and should last our lifetimes without any major issues. The entire process took 7 full days (would've been 5 but there were complications with our particular yard and lines), the yard was a mess but (at least in our case) very minimal work was required in the house and no damage to the tile/wood floors or slab. All of the workers we interacted with were polite and helpful, especially Chris (excellent all around), Jackie (always eager to answer any questions, positive and knowledgeable) and Santos (stayed late to hook up a toilet for us). We were able to stay in our house the entire time the work was done. They kept us informed on progress, any changes and were always eager to answer any questions. They really went above and beyond! This was an expensive and stressful home repair to have to make but they put us at ease. I would recommend In-House Plumbing to my best friends and family. 11 out of 10 quality and service.

Would def recommend Rick as he's a straight shooter with years of knowledge and a Master plumber as well. Called for a hydrostatic pressure test and was able to get an appointment the following day. Rick was courteous, professional, and his work was very clean and thorough. He took the time to explain any questions I had for him and although everything turned up fine, it gave me piece of mind knowing that the work was done correctly.
