I went with InDemand Plumbing because my parents had a great experience with them in the past. When I called, they were responsive and we had an awesome tech in Gem. Gem was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I appreciated that he made sure we took extra steps to get issues with our mold taken care of given that we have a young child at home.

I love the fact that they also leverage technology so well. So easy to get updates from their automated text service and to be able to text their staff back and forth. Invoicing is also a breeze with their customer login.

Great service, from Ariel at In Demand Plumbing. Had a water leak somewhere at my home. City of Brentwood said the leak was in my house. In Demand sent out Ariel and he found the leak in two faulty sprinkler heads. We ended up from potentially thousands of dollars in repairs to about 10.00. Can't recommend highly enough.

I can't say enough about this company. I called them and was able to schedule an estimate right away. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Project was done in a timely manner and the communication was superb. The price for the whole project was unbeatable. They came 3x, one to give an estimate, 2nd was to prep the filtration system (this was above and beyond), 3rd to install. Very happy customer. It is not often that any company will provide a quote to have work done and then discover a better way to do the job and they lose money. That is what In Demand Plumbing did for my household. I had put in a previous review for Ariel which was very good and then Matt came up with an alternate response that actually cost his company money. That's what I call Service and those are the people that I would call on if I need to have plumbing work done. Go for the best I recommend this company.

We hired In Demand Plumbing to install an Aquasana water filtration system. The team did a fantastic job! They explained what the installation process entailed and got to work installing the tanks. They were very professional and efficient.

I honestly cannot compliment them enough for their incredible work. They installed the tanks two years ago and they are still going strong.

I would definitely reach out to them again for any future plumbing needs.

In demand was awesome when I had to do major sewer repairs. Rebecca is a great ambassador for this company. She kept us informed every step of the process. The owner, Jeff, is hands on and has a fabulous crew. I wish I had found them sooner.

Quoted nearly $1000 to replace the igniter on a water heater, I checked at an appliance parts place and the part cost about $120
Then he quoted one price for replacing the water heater then raised it by $400 later on in the conversation.
I was helping an 80 year old lady with this and went off Yep review to pick them to come out.
Won't recommend them again.

Repair exterior leak from water main to house.
Called early afternoon, spoke to Kevin and by 3p.m. Rudy was on scene repairing our pipe. So relieved because we were afraid we weren't going to have water.
Kevin was so kind and immediately put us at ease. He understood the emergency of our problem and made contact with technician Rudy who luckily was in the area and available.

Unfortunately, it seems that the free consultation we had scheduled for 30 minutes before the arrival was not as expected. Just before the appointment, someone called and mentioned that there would be a $250 fee for cutting the sheet rock. We had been communicating through Yelp and I even called first thing in the morning around 9 am, so it's disappointing that this information was not communicated earlier. It feels a bit like improvisation, especially since my wife was involved.
