He responded within seconds asking what the problem was and he was at my house in a few minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the many problems with our toilet. Came out and gave us a quote that was a lot less than other quotes. We booked for next day. The gentleman was within the 2 hour window, and confirmed the work to be done. Had all the parts and finished quickly. He was very nice. We would use them again

Our water heater stopped working properly. The water only heats to a lukewarm temperature and since I work about 14 hours a day my wife found In Demand Plumbing on Yelp. He told my wife he would come out and diagnose the problem for $88. He arrived, my wife directed him to our water heater and tried to explain the best she could what was going on. The plumber did a quick visual inspection, looked at the tag to find the age of our water heater and told her it was old and needed to be replaced and quoted her something like $4000 to replace it. He was able to accomplish all of this without trying to figure out whether we could fix it in less then 10 minutes then left with our $88.

They were fast, reliable, honest, courteous and very cost competitive. They were willing to come out this evening; at no extra cost to me and see what needed to be fix on our toilet. Jeff recommend I get new toilet since the problem would keep getting worse. He said I will tell you exactly what to get at Home Depot to save you money. Two days later he came back installed the new and took the old one with him. Amazing !!

I was also able to make payment via Venmo ( no contact at all , safe and great job !

While another five-star plumbing in the area told me I need to replace the toilet for 5 times the cost of what In Demand Plumbing charge me and fixed the problem in 10-15 min. In Demand Plumbing will be my go-to plumber going forward. Very reasonable price and professional.

Booked an appointment with In Demand on-line the afternoon of the same day. Jeff came when promised and unclogged my kitchen sink. This is a long overdue review (October 2019), but with being indoors right now I have the time to do some of the reviews i have been meaning to do. We had issues with our toilets. Upstairs and downstairs. It would continuously overflow just a little. We tried fixing it ourselves, but didn't solve the problem. My wife loves using yelp or Nextdoor app to find good ratings on businesses and came across ""In Demand Plumbing."" We set an appointment with Jeff and he came, did what he had to do and our toilets were working just fine in no time. Very friendly local plumber. I would definitely recommend him to any plumbing issues. We have had no recurring issues with our toilet since! Thanks Jeff!

I was leaving to work one morning and noticed a puddle of water underneath my tankless water heater. I reached out to Jeff via yelp and he was able to schedule me right away.

He came out on time and opened up the water heater and knew exactly where it was leaking from. He got on his phone and called the manufacturer to order the part. The part came with in a few days and he came out and installed it right away.

Unfortunately, the next morning i noticed a little bit of a leak and reached out to him, mind you this was Christmas Eve and he was at my house with in a few hours and noticed one of the screws had snapped in half. He went to Home Depot and got the screw and we were all taken care of.

Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. He is also a super nice guy and definitely my go to person for plumbing issues. I can't recommend him enough!
