Jeff is the best! Very professional, arrived on time and gets the work done. I had him replace two leaky hose bibs that weren't covered by my home warranty. He was in there and out in under 20 minutes. The price for the job was way better than the others that quoted me ridiculous prices. I was close to doing it myself before I found him. But knowing me, I'd probably break it.

I will definitely use this business for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Late post: Jeff is the best around. Don't hesitate. My family has 2 plumbing businesses in a different part of town and Jeff is honest and professional! Okay. Jeff is awesome. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, came by the same day, was pleasant and efficient and - best of all - took care of a problem we'd been dealing with for about three weeks. Went through three different contractors sent by our home warranty company, and what an exercise in frustration that was. Decided to go outside of the warranty and seek my own help. So very glad I did! Now I want Jeff to do more work for us, because he's great at what he does, he's a great communicator, and his prices are reasonable. So very glad to have him as a go-to plumber! Finding a good plumber can be one of the more confounding aspects of being a home owner. Fortunately, we found In Demand Plumbing. Jeff, owner and plumber extraordinaire, has helped us with a variety of plumbing issues over the last few years. Last Friday, he installed our beautiful new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. Today, Jeff returned to descale our tankless water heater. He cleaned and flushed the lines and replaced a broken valve. After completing each job, Jeff reviews what he has done, notes in his iPad, and sends us an electronic copy for our records.

I called Tuesday morning for water heater repair and was scheduled for Tuesday by lunch time. The Technician called when he was in on is way. Gave me an expected time of arrival and got there as expected(I was 5 mins late). He was courteous, knowledgeable about the issue, installed the part and was completed in less than 30 mins. I'd called a couple other companys that charges $99-120 just to come out.( I told them each I knew the problem and had the part) but they had to determine the issue. In-demand gave me an estimate on the phone, based on the what I told them. That's what I paid. I will definitely use them again (hopefully I won't have to) and reccomend them to others.

Awesome job! Nick is all professionalism. He got caught up on a job and was running late. He asked if he should drop the job or would it be ok to be a little a late. It wasn't a problem. My toilet had a leak and Lord knows what else was going on. Nick whipped the job out quick and left me with a very fair bill.
