Third visit from Impact. They truly are quite good at their work.
Where possible, try to get the owner, ""Joe"" to do the work. The last guy who came did get the work done, but he was a bit too arrogant, self-absorbed, and eventually argumentative. He even tried to charge us for a part we'd already purchased, but removed it from the bill once we pointed out WE supplied the valve, teflon tape, and even two of the tools used.

Joe is super-friendly, seems to really like people, and always very positive-minded and focused.

Impact plumbing, did a good job on the toilet repair. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I will use them again for any plumbing needs I have and I'm of course not telling anyone what to do but if you hire Impact you will not be disappointed.

I had a valve replaced by Goetll (DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING...OVERPRICED) and I could not attach my lines for my new faucet. I called Impact and immediately they scheduled me for the next day. GERSON showed up and helped attach my lines to the valves. Fixed and I have a working sink again.THANK YOU!!! Their pricing is very reasonable compared to the others and they will get the job done right with professionalism

This is the second time this company has saved me! I had a leak with my dishwasher and kitchen sink, and gave a call late in the evening and they were able to get someone out the next day!
