Telemarketers, time share and used car salesman have nothing on this business! I choose not to do business with them after my ""free"" estimate was a flat $250.00. Moen sent a free hose assembly to me and I saw a 2 min youtube video. I removed the old hose and replaced it with the new free one. I am 75 yrs old and was finished in less than 5 min. When I asked for an explanation of the $250, I was told the boss sets the prices, but their shiny new trucks were part of the cost.

Very good company. I will recommend it to all of my friends. Very honest. Snaked the toilet wit 6 fit auger. And saved me hundreds of dollars. Two other companies before them wanted to remove the toilet( which my p.o.s warranty company America Home Shield don't cover) and want to charge me $500 for that. Thank you Impact plumbing. Responsive, punctual, and FRIENDLY!
We noticed the ceiling over the kitchen was leaking around the same time the shower overhead was being used, so I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. I went with Impact Plumbing because they offered a free estimate. They sent Gerson over and he was very knowledgeable, even complimenting my husband's attempt to ""fix"" the problem. Although the part my husband tried to replace wasn't the right fit, instead of taking over and possibly charging us a fee, he gave us tips on how to fix (that part) ourselves. But that wasn't the cause of our leak, so instead of cutting up our wall to diagnose the problem and charging us a service fee, he referred us to a water mitigation company to cut up the wall and get the drying process started, then he came back the very next day to make a more accurate assessment.
So the leaking was from the shower drain pan, which I won't be needing their service for. But all in all, Impact Plumbing came out TWICE and they stood by their FREE ESTIMATE statement! Not to mention, they sent the same tech over both times which I GREATLY appreciate.
They've earned a return customer, and I'm definitely referring them to anyone I know!

Gerson, of Impact Plumbing, came out to my house (3-2-22) to check on a leak detected by the Water District. I had another plumber earlier in the day who said he would need to dig a deep hole to fix a leak or trench out to the street to repair the main line. He inquired if I had homeowner's insurance to cover the repair.

Gerson conducted a thorough inspection, did a little digging around the sewer line, discovered my buried shut off valve and determined that the problem was with my sprinkler line. He was an amazing, determined young man who may have saved me a lot of money. If my main line ever has a problem, I know that I'll be dialing Gerson's number. I hope his boss appreciates this employee's dedication.

Gerson responded to my call. Had to replace valves in both the master and guest bath. Have had several plumbers come and attempt to replace them. It was old plumbing that ultimately required entry through the drywall behind the fixtures. He and his team did the drywall cuts and installed the new fixtures.

One faucet fixture turned out to be the improper dimensions for one of the tubs, so I contacted the company and they sent Gerson again to replace the faucet so it matched better. No extra cost.

Appreciated that I always dealt with the same plumber for the estimate, repairs and return visit. Didn't have to suffer a parade of strangers who did not properly communicate needs of the customer to their coworkers.

Would use them again for future services.

Review: TRICKS OF THE TRADE, WINNERS AND LOSERS, PARTNERSHIPS and A JOB WELL DONE In December of 2021, I submitted a job description to Home Advisor. It was concerning a doughnut shaped water mark that appeared on the kitchen ceiling. Within a few hours of posting the description, 5 plumbing companies contacted me by phone requesting to do a remedial job quote including Taylor from Impact Plumbing. I set up appointments with 3 of those companies for the following day, scheduled 1 hour apart. Jason M of Impact was the first to arrive. Jason presented his card that read co-owner under his name. Jason proved personal, professional, confident and knowledgeable when identifying the leak source in the upstairs hallway bathrooms tub drain. The job would require removing a portion of the kitchen ceiling to reach the part(s) to be replaced. A separate contractor would have to be hired to patch, retexture and paint the ceiling cutout. He informed me that Impact as a company would cut out the ceiling section to create access to the drain area but do not do ceiling patchwork. Jason quoted the job at $425. Jason subtracted a senior discount to bring his quote to $389...The second and 3rd, 5 star Home Advisor referred and reviewed plumbers followed, concurred with Jason M's assessment and presented their quotes to replace the cracked 'tub shoe', the source of the leak. All quotes were within $15 of Jason M's Impact Plumbing quote. While all 3 Plumbing companies were equally qualified for this job, I chose Jason's Impact to do the remedial work on my tub drain. The following day, I contacted Jason to set a day for him to do the fix. That day was February 2, 2022. He asked me to schedule the time with Taylor and I did. On February 01, Taylor called to confirm and I did. GREAT UNTIL IT WASN'T. Instead of Jason arriving to do the job, a young plumber named Matthew had been assigned. Matthew informed me that Jason was longer with Impact. Matthew began measuring and cutting out the necssary portion of the ceiling to access the tub drain repair. Once that part of the job was complete he was in contact with Joe the ""Boss"". Joe informed me through Matthew that the price to complete job was now $1250 which was Impact's Flat Rate for this type of job not $389 as quoted by Jason 'the co-owner' BUT he would do me a favor and just charge me $989. If you were reading this, you may think this turn of events was not only Bizarre but dumb on my part to give the go ahead for completion of this very simple Plumbing job. You may also ask yourself as I did, Why would Joe wait nearly 6 weeks to tell a client that he felt the job, according to him, was nearly $800 underquoted? You may ask as I did, Why did Joe wait until the ceiling section was removed to tell a client that he was 'doing the client a favor' by charging the client $600 more than the original quote? So you may ask ""what did you do Brent?"". Well, I was about to cancel the job, until My Partner, my wife stepped in and said ""I want the job done today And she would pay for it"" so the job went ahead. Matthew quickly finished the job, cleaned up and left with a cheque for $989. I contacted ex co-owner Jason M's ceiling repair company 'Quick Response' who did an excellent job...compliments to them. Not sure how good Joe's Impact Plumbing 2 year job warranty is but if it is anything like the original quote from Impact...Hope this review helps
