Awesome experience with these guys!

I thought I needed a certain service done, but it ended up being a miscommunication between us and SW Gas. The Impact plumbing tech explained the issue and we ended up not doing the service (which saved us at least $800).

Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and we plan to use them again in the future if we need plumbing services.

Work complete was Replacement of mainline shutoff valve and installation of irrigation shut off valve. This was not a simple task!!

Thanks to Gerson and Mike for the amazing job they did in fixing our water leak issues. They were honest, thorough and went above and beyond. When they found an additional leak in our mainline from our well they fixed that also.

They were able to quote me one day and completely fix the problem the next day. They kept me informed on what was going on and explained in detail the work they did. They cleaned up the area after they were done too.

If there were 6 stars these guys all well deserving of that!!

I can't express how thankful we are for Joe and the team at Impact Plumbing. When you're dealing with home repair issues, especially something related to water, it's sooo easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed--especially when you have no idea what you're doing. But Joe + Impact Plumbing were awesome!

We reached out early on a weekend morning, not even expecting a quick reply, and they responded almost immediately. It felt like a weight was lifted when they had someone looking at our situation in no time. The fast, efficient service made a huge difference, especially during a weekend emergency.

What I loved most was that we never felt like we were being taken advantage of--a rare gem in home services! Joe and his team were so transparent, kind, and professional. I can't recommend Impact Plumbing enough if you ever need help. They'll be our go-to from now on!

Third visit from Impact. They truly are quite good at their work.
Where possible, try to get the owner, ""Joe"" to do the work. The last guy who came did get the work done, but he was a bit too arrogant, self-absorbed, and eventually argumentative. He even tried to charge us for a part we'd already purchased, but removed it from the bill once we pointed out WE supplied the valve, teflon tape, and even two of the tools used.

Joe is super-friendly, seems to really like people, and always very positive-minded and focused.

Impact plumbing, did a good job on the toilet repair. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I will use them again for any plumbing needs I have and I'm of course not telling anyone what to do but if you hire Impact you will not be disappointed.
