The absolute worst plumbing company! Immediate response? Hahahahaha more like we will take our time response and you have to work with the same person that came to your property. Which means if they're off work, you HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY'RE AVAILABLE. Worst experience of my life. If you need good, quick plumbers they are not for you! Their employees will tell you one thing and the dispatch lady will absolutely deny they did so. If you want mediocre service, when their schedule best suits them, and you want to pay them for doing absolutely nothing then go ahead and hire them! I tried several times to work with them, gave them the benefit of the doubt and in the end I realized they are unprofessional and will take advantage of you. If you want to reach out to me I can give you a referral that will actually take care of you AND your plumbing issue.

Terrible customer service from the ownership. Told me the FBI is investigating some people who put bad reviews online. The guys who actually did the work were very nice and I hope the management doesn't treat them as bad as they treat customers.

I had them recommended by my warranty company. My toilet was not flushing and they said they couldn't come for 4 days, my warranty company got them to come in 2 days. They were there 15 minutes or less. They ran the auger twice and flushed it twice. Then they tell me that if anything happens and it stops up again, I can just give them a call and they will be right back out. So I call them and was told that I have to go through the warranty company. Call the warranty company so I can set appointment. Once again it is 4 days to fix the toilet. If this is their idea of immediate response then they need to look up the meaning in the dictionary because they are anything but immediate.

Immediate Response Plumbing came out to fix my shower that was leaking. They are a provider through American Home Shield home warranty. The plumber stated that he would have to cut my drywall, install a new housing and arrestors, and new shower faucet. They quoted me $250 out of pocket to get the job done. The scheduler said that it would take a week to get the parts in (Even though all of the parts are readily available at any hardware store. I need they wanted to make as much money as they could on this job so they ordered through their wholesaler.) I agreed. A week later she called back and said they had got the parts in but their plumber had a family emergency and would not be able to come for another week. When he finally arrived he told my stepson that it may be $50 more if they had to cut any 2x4s in the wall. After he cut open the drywall, he then told my son it would be $125 more because the 2x4 was directly behind the pipes. When I spoke to the plumber on the phone the price went up to $150. I called the office manager and she refused to budge on the increase even though I had waited for two weeks for them to even arrive, now I had a hole in my other bathroom's drywall, and had water running in the shower that whole time. She tried to say that Immediate Response Plumbing was not charging the extra amount it was American Home Shield. I called the warranty company who made informed me that the plumber stated my out of pocket was $250 + $195 for removing the 1 2x4. In a few hours that board went from $25 to remove to $195. Total cost of the repair $445. I found another plumber who is doing the repair, waterproofing my shower, replacing my shower tile for $700. I am going to cancel my contract with American Home Warranty. I got a credit card attached to a savings account. Now I deposit what I was paying them every month into the account for home repair emergencies and they lost a long time customer. Please don't do business with either company.

Do not use this company it is horrible! Used my home warranty on them to come to my house and they claimed to have called me and text me which they never did and I waited for them to come and 5 o'clock hit I call them to say no one showed and they tried lying to me and saying they called me. I even talked to there owner who was really rude Bob was the name. I would totally not recommend had them removed for future services and told my home warranty company about the rudeness and unprofessional behavior that I experienced and they said they would make a note of this! . Now I don't know when I will get my stuff checked out thanks Bob!

American home Shield provider. Didn't get past the ridiculously rude woman who answered the phone and tried to schedule plumbing service for Monday. Today is Thursday. You know that clipped and nasal snippiness some people possess? Wow! Get someone else to answer your phones.

Bob and his crew are amazing. The women who answer the phones schedule you as soon as they can-they give you a four hour window and will call before they come out. Honest, dedicated!

I'm only giving one star because the replacement sewer line actually works. I was told that "there's a lifetime warranty" by Jon. I doubt that and I'm not sure if I'd want them coming back in my yard! They damaged my tree and sidewalk, and the replacement concrete sidewalk looks like crap. The area around that is cracked. I messaged the company through Facebook msngr and was contacted by the owner whose ONLY concern was that "you put it on FB". (No, I contacted the company thru msngr, not on FB!). Nothing but excuses and $6400 bill. I'll add the pics of " their work".

Stated that they called on Saturday to my cell phone. I have an iPhone e so I can see all the calls and voicemails very clearly. No one called. Now i have to wait u til Thursday for them to come out to repair the hot water heater. I guess that is what you get if you have a warranty service.
