American home Shield provider. Didn't get past the ridiculously rude woman who answered the phone and tried to schedule plumbing service for Monday. Today is Thursday. You know that clipped and nasal snippiness some people possess? Wow! Get someone else to answer your phones.

Bob and his crew are amazing. The women who answer the phones schedule you as soon as they can-they give you a four hour window and will call before they come out. Honest, dedicated!

I'm only giving one star because the replacement sewer line actually works. I was told that "there's a lifetime warranty" by Jon. I doubt that and I'm not sure if I'd want them coming back in my yard! They damaged my tree and sidewalk, and the replacement concrete sidewalk looks like crap. The area around that is cracked. I messaged the company through Facebook msngr and was contacted by the owner whose ONLY concern was that "you put it on FB". (No, I contacted the company thru msngr, not on FB!). Nothing but excuses and $6400 bill. I'll add the pics of " their work".

Stated that they called on Saturday to my cell phone. I have an iPhone e so I can see all the calls and voicemails very clearly. No one called. Now i have to wait u til Thursday for them to come out to repair the hot water heater. I guess that is what you get if you have a warranty service.

These folks came out to us (we live WAAAY outside San Antonio) and treated us with great professionalism. They explained what had happened to our century old pipes, inserted tv cameras so we could see for ourselves and then solved our problem in a scientific way. Extraordinarily responsive and an absolute relief to us! We cannot say enough good things about them and would recommend them most highly!!!

I would like to give these guys zero stars but Yelp doesn't have that option. Please DO NOT USE this plumbing company. They do bait and switch pricing on their jobs. Immediate Response Plumbing sent a plumber to my house a few weeks ago and they diagnosed that my current water softener needed to be replaced. They put in writing that it would cost me $485 to install a water softener if I purchased it from another company and I confirmed with their scheduler the type of water softener I purchased and would need installed. I confirmed the price her plumber gave me in writing when I set the appointment. I scheduled the appointment three days in advance and waited over four hours for them to arrive on a 8-12noon window. They arrived late and the first thing the plumber said, (same guy who assessed my system in the first place), was that it was going to cost me $125 more to install the system. I even purchased quick connect pipes to make the job easier. The owner was not to be found and no one at the office was able to authorize the install at the price they quoted. This type of bait and switch business is not good for San Antonio. I highly encourage you to NOT use this company if you have a plumbing issue and if you have a Home Warranty confirm with your home warranty company that Immediate Response Plumbing will NOT be the plumbing service they schedule for you.

I would avoid these guys. Especially if your home warranty company sends them, they will try to squeeze as much out of you as they can because the warranty company does not pay them that well.

Regardless, the tactics they use are horrible. First they claimed my water pressure was too high. I got a PRV installed but not through them since their prices were too high. Subsequent visits they continued to claim my water pressure was too high. The 3rd time they said this, I knew it was a lie because I had the company that installed it come out and check it out before they arrived to make sure everything was good.

So then I got frustrated. I got my self a water pressure gauge myself so I can verify myself. Sure enough, the pressure was at 80 when they claimed it was at 98.

I then spoke to a supervisor about it. Very unprofessional. Took a tone with me and gave me attitude. Really, lady? I'm the customer here. This is where I was done with it. If you don't want to do the job, don't accept the job. Don't make the customer's life hell. You're only making yourself look silly.

I called my Warranty company to replace this company immediately (pun intended). Shady practices have no place in this type of work. So be advised. Go with someone else if you can.

The worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. The owner will make up pricing on the go by what he thinks you can afford. You really need to beware of this company. Look at several review sites and then decide.

Amanda is unprofessional, rude, and has no integrity. Reported them to bbb and to American Home Shield today. I will get on social media next to warn everyone about this company. I have never received such poor customer service before. This will be my first time reporting a company.
