Amanda is unprofessional, rude, and has no integrity. Reported them to bbb and to American Home Shield today. I will get on social media next to warn everyone about this company. I have never received such poor customer service before. This will be my first time reporting a company.

I have a warranty service. I was under the impression that they were supposed to respond within 24 hours. NOPE. American Home shield....Waste of money...Immediate Response? HAhahahahaha took SIX days to go out and another 2 to even get them scheduled. Run away. Run as fast as you can. Once the actually got there, a simple water heater (which should be covered) turned int0 $10000. No joke. I live 2000 miles away and I thin they know it and take advantage..wait until the class action law suit!

Don't use these thieves. Don't use AHS. Save your money.

Really professional technician. They wear plastic warp for their shoes so they won't dirty your carpet. Also they fix my water leak immediate like the name. Very satisfied with the service. Totally recommend this company. This is my third plumbing company I called. The other two was wrack and doesn't even know the problem was.

This company is a total ripoff. The plumber was sent by AHS company who charges $75 per call to come and give a diagnosis on a leak that I had.
Plumber stated that the pressure regulator was 100 instead of 80 and that is what caused the leak. I brought another licensed plumber and gave me a total different diagnosis.
So immediate plumber of course quoted me on installing a pressure regulator for $450 and then he will be able to asses how much it will cost to fix the leak. Plumber never tough to cap the leak to stop water leaking in the garage and inside the house. What kind of professional is it?
Also installing a pressure regulator doesn't cost $450???
Part is about $50 and labor is $400??????
Be aware when AHS refers you to a professional to repair your issue . Do some research about the company that they refer you. Check their licence ,BBB.... You have the right to say that you do not want a specific company based on their reviews and they will refer you you to one that will satisfy you.
I will ask for my service fee refund for this scam!!!!

Charged me a modification fee to reinstall the plumbing on my replacement water heater they replaced under a home warranty. Nothing had to be modified because it was the same water heater and the same set up. Poor service, left me with a leaking corroded water pipe I had to replace on my own.

They use wording to get extra money out of you over what they are pulling in from home warranties it seems like. Be careful.

The plumbers were very respectful and never forceful.

Ahs is a poorly run agency the customer service reps could care less about your needs I called 3 times to speak with a manager and was denied because they think it is their business to try to answer a formal complaint. Is the policy of the managers to hide behind the customer service reps. How said is this company very poor way to conduct business call me if you can stop hiding and listen to a customer of over 20 years. Bruce Ford 210 414 7633

These guys are total rip off. Very very costly, think 10 times and other options before selecting this company. Charged $395 to just dig a small 1 feet whole.
They showed up through AHS to replace the pressure valve. AHS PAYS them for part to replace the valve but not responsible for digging the valve. Technician said I could dig a valve and then it's free to replace it. I did not had much choice as I was at work and did not wanted to prolong the low pressure. I paid another $75 to AHS as standard call. So it costed me almost $500 even with the warranty covered to replace the valve with these guys.
Later my sprinkler repair was laughing because the plumber he suggested charges everything for pressure valve and digging just for $375. So with warranty these guys have some scam going.

AHS sent this company out to fix a few minor plumbing issues covered by our home warranty. After reading these reviews, I was very skeptical about having them come out. But we actually had a very different experience than many other customers. Every employee that we dealt with was very courteous, and they fixed everything in a very timely manner. They made sure to always wear booties inside, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Immediate Response Plumbing again!!

I making one last attempt to contact you about the job you did at my mother's house. 301 Crown Court Converse TX. Your company was referenced by our home insurance company. We were having problems with our toilets back up in the house and your company came out to make repairs. Your company took their time to start work and when they did they demolish our year left trash in yard open holes without caution tape until I complain. It's been also a month and we are still having problem with toilets but your company is say that's not the line you worked on. First of all we didn't call in either plumbing line we called in a problem that hasn't be fixed. I don't care what line is not working we called in a problem with both toilets so I guess that was both lines. Charge us a lot of money and didn't do the job. I have contacted KSAT news & Kens news channels and will post on all my social media account and file claim with the BBB after notifying my homeowners insurance. NO WAY TO TREAT SENIOR CITIZEN.

Well, the reviews seem to be pretty good for this plumber, so I'm definitely in the minority.

My experience with Home Warranty plumbers is that they begrudgingly fix the stuff covered by the warranty, fuming and annoyed by the fact that they're doing work at a discounted rate. When they discover something the warranty no longer covers, however, they happily provide you a solution and a remarkably high price.

They quoted me 1850 to fix a drain. It seemed high to me, based on the fact that it was very close to the surface and very close to the house. I asked them to provide a justification and break out of the cost. They refused, gave me the runaround for several days, then blew me off entirely. Apparently, their price is a sacred thing determined by their "master" plumbers, and I just have to accept it on faith. La di da! Excuse me for asking for a rundown of parts and labor.

Anyways, I found another plumber who performed the work for 550. Quite the disparity, and the second plumber grimaced at the 1850 price I was quoted. So....definitely would prefer not to work with these guys again.
