I initially called Imagine Plumbing to compare prices with another plumbing company and so glad I did! He listened to my arguably bad description of the issue, asked some questions and filled in the blanks, and then was immediately able to explain what was happening and why. Saved me quite a bit of money and put my mind at ease as I just bought this house in July and can't afford a huge repair at the moment. He also gave some recommendations for the future regarding repairs for me to keep in mind and budget for, which I appreciate. The fact he was so honest and didn't insist on a visit to charge me for something which wasn't actually a problem was really awesome. Definitely someone I am going to keep in mind in case I actually do have any plumbing issues down the road!

Thanks to knowledgeable and wise advice on frozen shower pipes given free over the phone during the ice storm in January, we contacted Sean recently to take out an old toilet and prepare the area around the drain for new flooring. Sean came out regarding a leaky garbage disposal replacement and consulted on several other issues at home, which we moved into about 2.5 years ago. One of the things I appreciate most about Sean is that he took the time to address any questions and the options that we had. He found a 1-to-1 replacement, which wasn't the standard replacement other plumbers quoted me for. We're very happy with the replacement and adjustments to the piping underneath the sink. He discussed the issues with the previous setup (wrong-sized pipes and T), which made sense because of the number of slow draining and more than occasional clogs. He went above and beyond by replacing the second sink flange/drain basket, which was great because the other was heavily worn.

As for the other issues around the house, we found out that we have super high pressure systematically coming into the house from the main. So, he'll be back to install a pressure-reducing valve and a new water heater (over 13 years old!). Again, Sean addressed all of our questions so that we feel confident in our choices.

He's very professional, a good communicator, and easy to talk to.

Sean Anderson of Imagine Plumbing, LLC, is not only an Excellent Plumber but he is one of those rare souls who has an Excellent Character too. By that I mean: honest, hard-working, respectful, intelligent, generous to communicate and explain his craft in layman's terms, as well as just being a fine upstanding person. I don't know about you, but I am a Senior Citizen and those qualities are getting rarer to find in our modern day world. Sean spent more time on this job than normal because there were some snafus that could not have been determined ahead of time. His commitment to making everything 'right' was exemplary, in that his main goal was for his customer to be well served and happy with a job well done. This was the first time I had hired Sean and I feel as if I hit the jackpot, so I asked if he would be my ""Forever Plumber"" and that was acceptable to him! I feel very fortunate to have found and hired someone with his credentials and level of excellence and looking forward to having him work in my home for all plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Mark my experienced opinion, you cannot go wrong with this young man, who I cannot recommend highly enough!!!

When our water heater ruptured, Imagine Plumbing was the first company to return my call.. *on a Sunday*. He wasn't available immediately to come and replace the heater, but he recommended an alternative that did end up being able to help within one business day. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and made sure it wasn't perhaps a smaller issue that I could sort out on my own. I did end up scheduling Imagine Plumbing to come out a few days later when he was free, and replace a defective Pressure Reduction Valve on our water main. He also noted that the water heater was installed without a temperature expansion tank and took care of that while he was here. Sean (the owner/plumber) is good people. He clearly explains all the work, is efficient, and is courteous and friendly. Highly highly recommend!
