I got a prompt reply back from the business owner of Imagine Plumbing Sean Anderson and then an over the phone diagnosis of what may be causing the water issue. He was extremely informative and walked me through step by step what this issue may be rather than setting up an appointment and charging a service fee just to inform me it most likely is a city/county issue. Fantastic to work with! Reached out because I was looking for someone to either repair or replace my garbage disposal. Sean not only provided a competitive quote, but also even walked me through a couple of things I could try on my own to see if it would resolve the issue, without immediately trying to sell a solution. Very responsive and willing to talk over multiple options instead of just trying to sell one ""preferred"" product which some of the other companies I had talked to were trying to do.

I hired him to fix my leaking pipes on my tankless water heater. He arrived when he said he would, and even called when he was on his way. He was professional while friendly and explained the process to me along the way.
While he was waiting for the tank to drain, he even tightened my front door handle that he noticed was loose! Talk about above and beyond!
