Company Overview

I.I.P. Construction, LLC is a remodeling firm focused on both residential and commercial projects that offers high-quality construction with creative solutions. Our projects include tasks such as complete house remodels to bedroom transformations. Experienced team members execute all structural, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and final touches tasks.

I launched my business as a handyman in 2006 after departing from my position at Mr. Handyman. I first created an LLC called My Handyman, but within a year, I renamed it as RRR Handyman. By 2012, I grew and we transitioned to taking on larger remodeling projects beyond just handyman services, leading to the renaming to IIP Construction, also known as IIP, LLC.

I immigrated from Russia to the USA in 2003.
