I.I.P. Construction, LLC is a remodeling firm focused on both residential and commercial projects that delivers top-notch construction with unique solutions. Our projects include everything from entire house remodels to room transformations. Experienced team members carry out all framing, wiring, pipework, woodwork, and final touches tasks.

I launched my business as a handyman in 2006 after quitting my position at Mr. Handyman. I opened an LLC called My Handyman, but within a year, I changed the name to it as RRR Handyman. During 2012, I hired more staff and we began taking on larger remodeling projects beyond just handyman services, leading to the change of name to IIP Construction, also known as IIP, LLC.

I moved from Russia to the USA in 2003.
