We just moved in to a new home and found the water heater was not working. We contacted IFM Restoration and they sent a technician to assess the situation the same day. Unfortunately, it was determined the water heater needed to be replaced. Much to my surprise, their technician, David Horn, was able to pick up a new water heater for us and install it on the same day! What great service! I would highly recommend IFM Restoration and especially David Horn. He is a very hard worker and really cares about his customers. I am sure the culture in the company is the same. I am equally sure they have other good technicians but I will always request David Horn in the future when I need their help.

Should be zero star. They had a work order to send a plumber on Friday which is what the told our property management company Pathlight. Friday afternoon Paris called and stated the plumber will not come out until Saturday. Saturday no plumber. Monday I called Pathlight and they stated IFM rescinded the work order with calling anyone.

This is a shady company!!!!

Terrible company! Had this company out for water damage inspection. The man showed up to my house with no company shirt on, no company logo on the truck and no business card? He reeked of cigarettes' and when I showed him the area that flooded he just looked at it and said "no water damage but it smells like mold" I asked him if he has a moisture reader or thermal camera to verify there is no moisture he said "We don't do that" so what he didn't know is I have a moisture reader in my garage and low and behold 89.6 MC on the dry wall. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Our shower and toilet were backed up and coughing up black dirt and stuff. Nasty! Ryan came out to help us, and did a great job. He was friendly, courteous and able to explain the problem clearly. We have old brass pipes, so it was a tough job too. Ryan cleared out the pipes under our house and we have our bathroom back! Thanks for the great service.

The problem is with the people who run this company. Completely incompetent and unprofessional with zero communication internally. They set up two appointments two different times and they Didn't even show up both times and then blamed their failure to show up on the property management. This disregard for the client's time and inconvenience is really unacceptable . They simply don't care.

Horrible service. NO SERVICE. Was sent a message from this company that read they had "received your maintenance request from your property management company." Email stated that if we had not been contacted in 24 to write them. 24 hours later we wrote them. That was 6 days ago. Still nobody has contacted us. If you are given the option to have IFM do your maintenance, request someone else. If you are looking for a maintenance company, choose someone other than IFM that will take care of your properties and your customers.

I had the most wonderful help from Tommy at IFM Restoration, who came after hours to help with a very tough plumbing problem. He was so personable, very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing, keeping me informed the whole time he worked! He cleaned up after he finished and truly went the extra mile.

Horrible service had 2 people come that were supposed to return (needed a part) never returned. Scheduled an appointment to come without telling me. Found out from the property management company when I called to say I hadn't heard anything. 3rd person came also didn't have appropriate parts. Parts being rubber gasket on tub overflow drain and 12in by 12in piece of drywall to cover hole made.

IFM is very unprofessional. I had some work that needed to be done back in May. They no call-no showed on several occasions. Wasted my time of me having to take off work or arranging for someone to be at my home. Needed some work done again recently. I believe in giving second chances. The guy left saying he was going to get something from Home Depot and never came back. They talk a good game saying "we are going to get this taken care of for you as quickly as possible" or "I'm sorry for the inconvience". Lies, they lie with no problem no matter who you talk to. Do Not use them! They do not follow work orders through! If, however you want your time wasted and the work to be unfinished by all means call them immediately. They are the right company for the job. They should rename the company PTW. Professional Time Wasters
