This company is unorganized and wastes peoples time. Scheduled an appointment for between 8-9 and they (April)called @ 9:05 to tell me they will be there in 45 minutes to an hour pending traffic. I texted one curse word out of frustration and they cancelled the app. So unprofessional. I am in the industry and understand weekends are off hours but if it is everyone's time then understand both sides of the inconvenience and be on time. I wouldn't let this people replace a shingle.

Would not recommend this company to anyone!
Our property management company put in a work order with IFM Restoration in early November because we have been having flooding issues when we get heavy rains in North Texas. We finally were able to schedule an appointment through Keke for the morning of Tuesday, December 5th between 8-12. My husband and I both worked from home that day and our 2 teenagers were also at home that day and we were all on the look out and knew to expect IFM to come to our rental home, no one showed up. We then get a phone call from Luis at IFM late in the afternoon telling us that they couldn't get access to the property earlier in the day and referenced a pad lock that is on one of our gates in the backyard. Yes there was a padlock on the gate, but the flooding is happening inside the house near the front door and nobody rang the doorbell, knocked or attempted to even call or text us when they got here and there was 4 of us at home waiting for the doorbell to ring or the phone to ring letting us know they were there.
We then rescheduled the appointment with Luis for 2 days later and confirmed with Keke the reschedules Appt.
Luis did show up to the 2nd appointment that was 2 days after the first one. He took a bunch of pictures inside the house and outside the house including the area where mold has started to grow inside the walls due to flooding. He did not perform any work that day, he was dressed way too nice to be doing any work that day, but did tell me his game plan and that he would submit the official work order back to my property management company and then get started right away after it was approve.
Well it's been a month now and nothing had been done and no other work orders were in the system according to my property management company.
Today, January 6th, exactly one month after Luis from IFM was at the property, a maintenance person that works directly for my property management company came out to the house to repair the issues causing the flooding, he showed me the notes in their system and it stated that "IFM Restoration was out to the property twice and the home owner refused the work and refused to let them in"
COMPLETE LIES!
My husband and I have been fighting with our property management company for 2 weeks because we couldn't understand why the flooding and toxic mold growth wasn't being handled in our home that we rent, meanwhile our property management company has been told by IFM that we wouldn't let them in the home and refused their work orders!!! IFM even charged our property management company 2 service trip fees stating that they went to the home as told but we were not compliant which isn't true!
We don't want to live in a house with toxic mold, my husband is a disabled veteran and our son is immune compromise!
Our property management company WAS doing the right thing, but IFM lied to them and scammed both my family and the property management company!
I truly hope that my property management company takes legal action or at the least never uses IFM Restoration ever again!

moved into a new house leased by First Key Homes in June 2022, have had to major plumbing events. Two different plumbing companies.
Our latest is IFM Restoration. So far we have received text messages and an email. However know one seem to be interested in answering the phone, and having a verbal conversation.
So since I base a lot of my opinions on the Customer service aspect and initial communication I am not impressed at all.
I will have further feedback if someone shows up.

After our service, I was sent this text message:
"Hi! This is KeKe with IFM Restoration! I'm following up on work order 84044 (GM - fencing) with Open House. We were onsite recently to complete the repairs. We take pride in our customer service and strive to keep our residents satisfied. We would love to get feedback on your experience with IFM. Thanks and have a great day!!!"
I responded that two single fence pieces were installed incorrectly (on the wrong side of the fence). One had already become dislodged the next day. I included the pictures seen below.
This was Thursday, 2/17/22.
Today, Tuesday, 2/22/22, I finally heard back that their project manager reports this isn't their work, and I'll need to put in an additional work order if I want it fixed.
So they are denying they did what they did and calling me a liar.
I spoke with their man about it while he was here, and I literally saw him do this "repair."
So beware...

Not a question but a review.
DO NOT USE IFM!!!
My nightmare with IFM started Aug 4th 2020.
IFM was supposed to come and fix the drywall in the ceiling due to a leak. You would think that was simple and completed fast, NOPE!
They Contacted me To reschedule me to have The drywall fixed. Being I work from home now (not most people) I can't have them doing drywall while I was working. I gave them my availability and they told me that didn't work. I contacted my rental property and they said IFM told them the days I advised are available and I told them no.
Finally after 2 weeks we got someone out to finally do the quote. We then booked for them to come fix it on a Saturday. They did a no show. Come Monday I got a text about "how sorry they are and can have someone out next Saturday", again I cancelled everything I was doing so we could get this fixed..... again no show. Then again Monday I'm so sorry blah blah blah . They then told me they had Sunday open when I told them no I can't do Sunday, so then they offered Saturday, I asked "are y'all going to actually show up unlike the last 2 times?"
They said they have someone on standby. Well guess what another no show, and I couldn't ahold of them to send the "standby" (which now sounds like a lie). Then early Sunday morning I get a call staying their are on their way to fix it. I was extremely upset as they took it upon themselves to still send somebody on a day I told him I was not available. So I thought to myself I need to get this done anyway so my supervisor said I could take the day off but it was unpaid. Then when the contractor like that I can call the supervisor the supervisor told him he already has $70 to fix the entire thing called Liberia parts. So the guy said he was not going to do it which I understand not working for free.I was extremely upset as they took it upon themselves to still send somebody on a day I told him I was not available. Monday comes and I get another I am sorry text that they are not meaning to waste my time and wanted to come out the following Saturday I told them no that they are not wasting another one of my Saturdays, I am not only available on Tuesdays. So the following Tuesday they sent someone else who actually showed up. And then in the nightmare continues, The guy did the ceiling absolutely horribly it was super thick but he just slapped it on there, he painted the wall and ceiling the wrong color. the wall just looks like He poured grease all over it, He said off our fire alarms three times because he would turn on the heater and put it right next to the ceiling then leave the house, we have the wood throughout the entire house except for the bedrooms And he got paint on the carpet. I texted and I called and complain and this company never the answer means never texted me back. It wasn't until a claim is open with my property manager that IFM even contacted me. When they did they sent another guy out, He made me feel like he was going to do the job correctly. Then he left without saying anything, so I go in the room and I find that he painted a spot on the white ceiling brown. Not only that but he also broke the leg off of our bed (by broke I mean ripped it right off and there's no fixing it). I called them and told them what happened I was told I would get a phone call back from them directly, which was a complete lie instead they have him come back out the next day, and he did not do the ceiling then he tried to drill new holes in our bed to put the legs back on and he was going to drill the holes from a front. My boyfriend stopped him right there and told him absolutely, and he said OK but he was going to be right back he was going to get paint and never came back. I call the head manager, nothing. I texted the guy that said he "heard me loud and clear" and would take care of it. I also contacted the guy, no answer. I'm so to my breaking point and I don't know what to do. If you can avoid do so.

We just moved in to a new home and found the water heater was not working. We contacted IFM Restoration and they sent a technician to assess the situation the same day. Unfortunately, it was determined the water heater needed to be replaced. Much to my surprise, their technician, David Horn, was able to pick up a new water heater for us and install it on the same day! What great service! I would highly recommend IFM Restoration and especially David Horn. He is a very hard worker and really cares about his customers. I am sure the culture in the company is the same. I am equally sure they have other good technicians but I will always request David Horn in the future when I need their help.

Should be zero star. They had a work order to send a plumber on Friday which is what the told our property management company Pathlight. Friday afternoon Paris called and stated the plumber will not come out until Saturday. Saturday no plumber. Monday I called Pathlight and they stated IFM rescinded the work order with calling anyone.
This is a shady company!!!!

Terrible company! Had this company out for water damage inspection. The man showed up to my house with no company shirt on, no company logo on the truck and no business card? He reeked of cigarettes' and when I showed him the area that flooded he just looked at it and said "no water damage but it smells like mold" I asked him if he has a moisture reader or thermal camera to verify there is no moisture he said "We don't do that" so what he didn't know is I have a moisture reader in my garage and low and behold 89.6 MC on the dry wall. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Our shower and toilet were backed up and coughing up black dirt and stuff. Nasty! Ryan came out to help us, and did a great job. He was friendly, courteous and able to explain the problem clearly. We have old brass pipes, so it was a tough job too. Ryan cleared out the pipes under our house and we have our bathroom back! Thanks for the great service.

The problem is with the people who run this company. Completely incompetent and unprofessional with zero communication internally. They set up two appointments two different times and they Didn't even show up both times and then blamed their failure to show up on the property management. This disregard for the client's time and inconvenience is really unacceptable . They simply don't care.
