I called Ideal Plumbing to look at my air conditioner as it wasn't blowing cool air. They sent a technician to look at the problem. Apparently the coils were frozen and he told me I had to replace the air conditioner as well as the furnace. I then asked for a written report to be sent to my e-mail explaining the problem and diagnosis. He just laughed at me. I then called another company, West Coast Heating and Air. They sent a technician and discovered a had a water leak. When I received the bill from Ideal, I couldn't believe the amount they charged me to just LOOK at my air conditioner without doing anything. West Coast was a third of the price and will apply the bill towards any repairs that I need to make. I would be very wary of using Ideal as they do not care about their customers and make you feel like you don't have choice in the matter of YOUR home. I would never recommend this company.

IDEAL put in my original AC/Furnace. They did a great job. After having the AC for about 10 years, there have been some problems as to be expected. I have tried to call them for repairs considering they installed my original unit however the price to come out is outrageous!!! My AC went out on the hottest day of the year, they said to come out on a Saturday it would cost 200.00 which is there ""overtime rate"" and another 300.00 to just diagnose it! I found another company on YELP who did it for 90.00 and came out on a Saturday. If you need that companies number let me know! IDEAL repair costs are ridiculous!

We have a smart toilet that needed to be repaired. It's very hard to find a Plummer that is knowledgeable in fixing this. I called Anderson plumbing heating and air and they told me they don't have anyone experienced to do it. Behold Ideal! Jim came out let me know what part I needed to order then came back to install it. Done ! I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on ! Thanks Jim and Ideal !

Ideal Plumbing came out on very short notice on a Saturday morning to fix a water leak in our meter box. I had already had the city out to determine whether it was before the meter or after (on my property). Unfortunately, it was on my property. Their plumber fixed the leak, left the broken PVC pipe on my front porch, and cleaned up. I had arranged payment with the office and wasn't even home during the repair! Their plumbing and electrical departments have done work for me in the past, all of which has been outstanding! I recommend them highly.

We hired this company to replace the leaking water pressure regulator in our house. The repairman showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Thats about where the good news ended. After looking at the leaking pressure regulator, he stated that they didn't carry that type regulator but that he could ""research"" where to find one. We jumped on google and quickly found the right part at Lowe's. He then told us if we went and bought it, he would install it but it would have to another house call at a separate charge. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and his company is charging $166 for just coming to the house. We sent him on his way (after paying him the $166) for him tell us he couldn't get the part that was sitting on the shelf at Lowe's. Seriously? We went to Lowe's, bought the part and installed it ourselves in 30 minutes with help from a you tube video. Recommend you steer clear of Ideal plumbing because it's not.
