I was having a handful of nuisance plumbing issues so I called Icon Plumbing to help out. I had two running toilets, a leaky pipe, high water pressure, and faulty/missing shutoff valves. Aaron came out and gave honest recommendations that were cost effective. For example, instead of replacing my toilets as I had suggested, he recommended repairing them instead, which saved me a lot of money. That's a honest plumber if you ask me. He completed all of the work to my satisfaction. On his way out he fixed my front door which was catching on the door frame for no charge. Thanks Aaron!

You will never find a more skilled, reliable, honest, hard working, and efficient plumber than Aaron. After having just had a horrible experience with another well-known plumbing company in Marin (initials PL), I called Icon based on their stellar reviews. Aaron answered the phone, and that's when my luck changed for the better. I needed a new hot water heater both in my home and in my rental property (both in Tiburon). He was nice enough to come over that evening to see what needed to be done at both houses. His quote for the jobs was less than half of what the other company was going to charge. Also, he was able to take care of it the very next day. He's a great guy, and a lot of fun to talk to. He even gave me some great advice and helped me out with some auto body work I needed. He shows up when he says he will and calls you when he's on his way. He's polite, clean, professional, and meticulous in his work. The results were amazing, and the final cost was just what he quoted. I will never use another plumber. Aaron is the best!!

Aaron is a helluva fun guy, takes really good care of you on the job, and is remarkably available when you need him. I have one of those houses that's the exception to every rule, and he found a way to get everything done right. He even shaved the invoice for the time it took to determine the best way to attack some of the challenges. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I called Icon on Saturday morning because I was moving into a new home and needed new toilets installed. Aaron Pierce said he could do it that day and came over a couple hours later. He installed one toilet and had to go to another job but said he'd return afterward to install the other one. He came back at around 6 PM and finished the job. He worked hard and had a great attitude and stayed until it was done. I'd recommend using him again.

My plumber retired and I didn't know who to turn to-I saw Icon's truck at a neighbor's a few weeks back and called them. My last attempt at finding a new plumber wasn't very pleasant to say the least. Aaron from Icon arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with-most important to me is that he had the experience and tools/parts to cope with everything my 80 year old plumbing presented him with today. I will call him next time I need plumbing work.

My water heater recent quit working and needed repair. I figured out the issue with some online research and called another plumber before Icon for a quote. They said the job would take 2.5 to 3 hours and they couldn't do it that day. I needed hot water so I used Yelp and saw Andrew's great reviews.

He called me back within 30 mins, could come the same day, and his price was substantially less than the prior quote. The job was also finished in under an hour. He was also very personable and happy to explain what he was doing.

I can't see ever calling any other plumber for any future work.

I called Andrew because I read very positive reviews about Icon Plumbing. He turned out to be exactly that kind of person and professional as the reviews were saying about him. He and his assistant did an excellent job and made sure that everything was clean after them. He is nice, knowledgeable and patient.

Wow all 5 stars to date. Good reason. Andrew is a great plummer. He has worked at my home several times and also at a commercial building I own. He shows up on time and does the job right the first time for a reasonable price. He looks for ways to save you money.I know he is the only plummer one of Marin's largest property management companies uses. Why? He does good work and they never receive complaints from the property owner. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about Andrew Pino and Icon Plumbing. As many have said previously, I will never call any other plumber. Andrew is honest, friendly and works on your plumbing/water problem from a logical, step-by-step process. He does not do work that does not need to be done. You will not be disappointed with Andrew.
