My water heater recent quit working and needed repair. I figured out the issue with some online research and called another plumber before Icon for a quote. They said the job would take 2.5 to 3 hours and they couldn't do it that day. I needed hot water so I used Yelp and saw Andrew's great reviews.

He called me back within 30 mins, could come the same day, and his price was substantially less than the prior quote. The job was also finished in under an hour. He was also very personable and happy to explain what he was doing.

I can't see ever calling any other plumber for any future work.

I called Andrew because I read very positive reviews about Icon Plumbing. He turned out to be exactly that kind of person and professional as the reviews were saying about him. He and his assistant did an excellent job and made sure that everything was clean after them. He is nice, knowledgeable and patient.

Wow all 5 stars to date. Good reason. Andrew is a great plummer. He has worked at my home several times and also at a commercial building I own. He shows up on time and does the job right the first time for a reasonable price. He looks for ways to save you money.I know he is the only plummer one of Marin's largest property management companies uses. Why? He does good work and they never receive complaints from the property owner. You won't be disappointed.

Andrew is honest, friendly and works on your plumbing/water problem from a logical, step-by-step process. He does not do work that does not need to be done. You will not be disappointed with Andrew. Andrew Pino at Icon is the only plumber I will ever call. I have used several of the major plumbing companies during the 14 years I've lived in Marin, and while they've gotten the job done, I've always been left with the distinct impression that I've been taken advantage of.

Andrew is straight-forward, fair, smart and on time. He is also nice, which is a real bonus. He returns calls and even took the initiative to call customer service for the company I bought my bathroom faucet from to request new ceramic disks (free of charge) be shipped to me.

Thank you for a great plumbing repair experience! That's the first time I've been able to say that.

Andrew Pino at Icon is the plumber you have always hoped to find. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair. He came out to check on our leaky Insta-Hot unit, let us know exactly what the problem was, and suggested that we call the manufacturer, as the repair would likely be covered under warranty. No charge for the visit and left us with knowledge about that system, as well as a few other plumbing questions we had. I am happy to offer a 5-star rating to Icon Plumbing and Andrew. My husband's response after Andrew's visit: ""We now have a plumber for life.""

Andrew is a gentleman and a real asset to our community. To put it bluntly he put the flush back in our system at no benefit to himself. I called him because we had real flow issues, and assumed we had some backup in our line. We expected him to run a snake through our line and expected a couple of hundred dollars in work (the usual story). Instead he asked me a question or two and told me it was (sorry for the details) urine build up in our toilet. He recommended I use an off the shelf acid and if that didn't work to get a new toilet. Let me make that clear - he told me not to have him do anything because it was a simple job. He didn't even want to charge me for a service call, and I had to beg him to take a twenty out of consideration for his time. I followed his advice and our toilets are working great for about $10 and some time on my part.
I will definitely call Andrew first next time.

We hired Andrew Pino at Icon Plumbing to help with the remodel of our bathroom and we couldn't have been luckier to have found him. He is everything and more that one could ask for in plumbing and business professional. First and foremost he is extremely honest and his follow through to make sure the job is complete is second to none. We encountered a few unexpected issues with the bathroom remodel and Andrew has gone well beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is perfect. It is truly unheard of in the industry.
