Andrew Pino at Icon is the only plumber I will ever call. I have used several of the major plumbing companies during the 14 years I've lived in Marin, and while they've gotten the job done, I've always been left with the distinct impression that I've been taken advantage of.

Andrew is straight-forward, fair, smart and on time. He is also nice, which is a real bonus. He returns calls and even took the initiative to call customer service for the company I bought my bathroom faucet from to request new ceramic disks (free of charge) be shipped to me.

Thank you for a great plumbing repair experience! That's the first time I've been able to say that.

Andrew Pino at Icon is the plumber you have always hoped to find. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair. He came out to check on our leaky Insta-Hot unit, let us know exactly what the problem was, and suggested that we call the manufacturer, as the repair would likely be covered under warranty. No charge for the visit and left us with knowledge about that system, as well as a few other plumbing questions we had. I am happy to offer a 5-star rating to Icon Plumbing and Andrew. My husband's response after Andrew's visit: ""We now have a plumber for life.""

Andrew is a gentleman and a real asset to our community. To put it bluntly he put the flush back in our system at no benefit to himself. I called him because we had real flow issues, and assumed we had some backup in our line. We expected him to run a snake through our line and expected a couple of hundred dollars in work (the usual story). Instead he asked me a question or two and told me it was (sorry for the details) urine build up in our toilet. He recommended I use an off the shelf acid and if that didn't work to get a new toilet. Let me make that clear - he told me not to have him do anything because it was a simple job. He didn't even want to charge me for a service call, and I had to beg him to take a twenty out of consideration for his time. I followed his advice and our toilets are working great for about $10 and some time on my part.
I will definitely call Andrew first next time.

We hired Andrew Pino at Icon Plumbing to help with the remodel of our bathroom and we couldn't have been luckier to have found him. He is everything and more that one could ask for in plumbing and business professional. First and foremost he is extremely honest and his follow through to make sure the job is complete is second to none. We encountered a few unexpected issues with the bathroom remodel and Andrew has gone well beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is perfect. It is truly unheard of in the industry. He is hard working and is a true professional and I am extremely satisfied with his work and rate he charges. It is very refreshing to meet someone with so much integrity and I will always use Andrew when my plumbing issue arises. Five stars across the board!!!

Andrew is the best I have ever had do plumbing for me on the house. I have lived in this house for 44 years (as of Thanksgiving in 2013), and have had numerous other plumbers working on our house. He is straight forward, reasonable (important), and gets in and does the work. There is no standing around trying to increase time, and his work is absolutely perfect, and looks great as well. He even took the time to show me where previous work has turned out to have caused wood rot, and suggested that I get a termite inspection. This suggestion turned out to be one of the better suggestions that a person working on the house has suggested. I have used Andrew since he first started his business, and a few times since then. Every time he comes when he says he will, gets the project done in a timely manner, and charges a fair price.

This is the first time I have taken time to write a review and it is overdue. Andrew at Icon plumbing is not only loyal, trustworthy, reliable, honest, caring and hard working, he is also an outstanding plumber. Combining an indispensable trade (plumbing is something one only understands how critically important it is to have working when it is not working properly) with a person of this integrity is a rarity. We have had our share of plumbing issues over the years, including a broken gas line and Andrew handled everything with professionalism, and in a timely matter. WOW!!! What can I say about Andrew Pina that hasn't already been said!!! From the first time I met him he has gone out of his way to squeeze us into his busy schedule and has even offered to come out on weekends or after hours just to fix the problem asap so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. He is competent, professional, and honest!!! And, he always gives you options to lower your cost or extend the life of appliances. In addition, he is kind and easy to talk to and gives his honest opinion freely which I truly appreciate. I am just another loyal fan who wouldn't dream of calling another plumber. We are new to the area but are quickly realizing how competitive big companies are for jobs in Marin and how lucky we were to find Andrew.
