We were assigned this company through Fidelity Home Warranty to fix a problem another local company caused. They were extremely professional, showed up on time, fixed the problem in a jiffy, and were friendly and courteous to boot!

I'll be requesting them for all my plumbing needs from now on!

Very simply they did a great job, They gave us a estimate to re-plum the whole house. And even when they found a few extra things wrong, they kept to there there price they gave us. I highly recommend this place.

If you need plumbing service DO NOT call icon!! Still dealing with an issue from 3 months ago. No call backs terrible customer service! No updates about parts and the office has no concerns for clients time. Very unfortunate.

Chris called and arrived as scheduled. My kitchen sink drain line was so clogged it took more than one pass with router to clear it out. Good job - will call Icon next time I encounter a plumbing problem.

Kyle is a branch of the company that services in the Sacramento area. He was the second plumber we had out for a home warranty request. He was a delight, he answered all my questions about how the warranty works with his company. He went well above and beyond to make sure the fix was done. He even ran to a local home improvement store to get more pipes. He explained what he was doing and kept us involved. I wish I could give my service from the first company to him!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. A man from the company came to fix my boiler through the home warranty company. The invoice stated it was $75. However the company charged me $175 without my approval. When I called them they told me they would call me back in 30 minuets, but that never happened. I tried to reach them again, but no answer. I reported to my home warranty company as well as to BBB. Finally they called me and left a message that there was a mistake for my service fee but no apologize whatsoever, only said they going to send me check on my mailing address. That much about their professionalism!! I will

On time as scheduled and the tech was friendly and professional. I was really worried I was going to spend a fortune on a plumbing issue on a home we recently purchased especially so close to Christmas time. After about 30 seconds the tech found a minor issue and fixed it promptly. Thank you! Will definitely use again and recommend!

Please do not use this company. They say one thing and do another. They give times and dates and have excuses to why they don't show. Never prepared. What can I say nice? When they get to the job site they're friendly, that's what I can say nice.
