Chris called and arrived as scheduled. My kitchen sink drain line was so clogged it took more than one pass with router to clear it out. Good job - will call Icon next time I encounter a plumbing problem.

Kyle is a branch of the company that services in the Sacramento area. He was the second plumber we had out for a home warranty request. He was a delight, he answered all my questions about how the warranty works with his company. He went well above and beyond to make sure the fix was done. He even ran to a local home improvement store to get more pipes. He explained what he was doing and kept us involved. I wish I could give my service from the first company to him!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. A man from the company came to fix my boiler through the home warranty company. The invoice stated it was $75. However the company charged me $175 without my approval. When I called them they told me they would call me back in 30 minuets, but that never happened. I tried to reach them again, but no answer. I reported to my home warranty company as well as to BBB. Finally they called me and left a message that there was a mistake for my service fee but no apologize whatsoever, only said they going to send me check on my mailing address. That much about their professionalism!! I will

On time as scheduled and the tech was friendly and professional. I was really worried I was going to spend a fortune on a plumbing issue on a home we recently purchased especially so close to Christmas time. After about 30 seconds the tech found a minor issue and fixed it promptly. Thank you! Will definitely use again and recommend!

Please do not use this company. They say one thing and do another. They give times and dates and have excuses to why they don't show. Never prepared. What can I say nice? When they get to the job site they're friendly, that's what I can say nice.

If I could give them no stars I would. We used Icon plumbing through our home warranty. We had just bought our first home and the plumbing was backed up. The guy that came out opened the drain in our front yard pulled out what looked like a clump of hair and other nasty stuff. He then proceed to tell my husband and I that the line running from our house to the sewer was damaged from tree roots and it would be 2800 to replace and of course that's not covered by the home warranty. He did no other investigating other that sticking his hand down the drain to come up with this problem. He took our 65 and told us we would need to schedule asap if we wanted it done because they were busy and might not be able to fit us in. We called around to get different quotes and then my husband started digging to see if it really was the pipe going to the sewer that was old and damaged. We were happily surprised when we discovered there was nothing wrong with the pipe they wanted 2800 to replace!! The problem was a clogg and pipe damage coming from the house to the main drain. 60 bucks later and it was fixed!! I would hate for someone else to be taken advantage of by these sharks! For them to not even dig up the pipe to see if that was the problem and try to charge be 2800 is absurd! I will 100% make sure if we use our home warranty again for plumbing issues they aren't the ones that come out. BEWARE!!

I wish there was an option for no stars because that's what these people deserve. Rude customer service lady refused to help out with problem that I had already paid icon plumbing to fix which they did poorly. Wanted me to pay service fee again. Avoid these people at all costs. No worth a you know what. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, save your money and hassle and go with a different plumbing company can't get any worse than these people.

Really fast service and friendly staff. We have used this company several times in the past two months for repairs, cleanouts and installing a new shower. They are now the only company we call for plumbing problems. Good quality work, reasonably priced.
