Stay away! They call me 2 hrs before the appointment, to advised me that they were going to be there 1 hr before schedule, so I had to leave work early. The technician approach me and my home with out a mask when is mandatory in the county, they do nothing to protect you, I had to ask him to put it on, second think the moment he walk in he said I need to used your restroom, really? there is a pandemic going on. The service consisted in a 35 point check, duct inspection and energy analysis, he went to the unit out side did something for like 7 minutes, but did not even bother to removed the cover of the unit, so not sure how he inspected if he did not removed it; them he came back inside again with out the mask open the inside cover did 1 check and close the unit not even 5 minutes, he said I come back in 10, he came back this time with the mask, went and sat on my dinning room and I asked """"are you done?"""", he said yes, and I said, you did not even open the unit, his replay, was well what you expected you are paying $35, I said, well the service is $100, you had a special for 35, but it should cover the same as you advertised it, his answer was no, you want more you pay extra, and then he said plus your AC is broken, he shows me picture of who knows were, but I can tell you weren't mine, and he told me I have options to pay $8 K, $7K, or 3K WHAT!! my AC is working fine, he said you need a new one. I pay the $35 and told him to leave my home, went I look at the unit, inside the closet he damage the wall, he did a hole and did not even bother to tell me or have it fix, incredible.

Stay away from Iceberg Air conditioning & Heating. I had a problem with my AC unit so I called Iceberg for service on my AC unit. A technician came over and never opened the AC unit up, just looked at it and said my condenser coil was bad and would cost $2,700.00 plus other parts and labor or buy a new AC unit for $7,000.00. I called another AC contractor that open the AC unit and after testing found a $150.00 part that was bad. Stay away from Iceberg. BBB rating D-

Terrible company. They charged me $8400.00 for a 14 CERE 5 ton system. I found that this price was a complete rip off and well above the normal range for A/C cost. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

When looking for the right air conditioning company it can be really hard. I called countless companies to get my air conditioner unit worked on but I never got that warm and cozy feeling until I found Icberg. I called them up and they sent a technician named Elon to my home so he could evaluate my machine and give me a estimate, he made me feel comfortable and I new that I was going to select Iceberg to do my repair. When my part came in Iceberg was able to fix my unit. Great service, and I will be calling Iceberg for all my service needs, they have a customer for life! Thanks Iceberg!

Charged twice for the same repair for a total of $1200 when it was to be $600. Look like I may be stuck paying this. If I could I would rate this a - 5 but it only goes to a + 1. If you want to save some money then go with someone else.

I feel ripped off , I trusted this company due to the good reviews . Had them install a new a/c unit , then found out that same day other companies were offering that same unit for half the price & they skipped out replacing the thermostat as promised that was 10 years old , how do you change everything else new and not replace a 10 year old thermostat especially for the price charged . Called and Spoke to chuck to see what he could do about the situation, he pretty much gave me the cold shoulder . I wouldn't even be writing this review if Iceberg would have worked something out with me . I definitely wouldn't recommend this company . DO YOUR RESEARCH. don't just go by the reviews as most of them maybe employees and family .

Terrible. After the service person was over one and a half hours late, he left to go back to his truck and when he came back he said his boss told him to get out of my condo and that they were not equipped to handle commercial buildings. I had to leave work early to just wait and then told they couldn't do anything. BAD BUSINESS!

Avoid. Their own employee told me their installer put it in wrong. Called office one day, answerer was so stoned they could not speak without slurring. A 3.5 Ton AC, 3 years old, cost over 5K, now needs $900 in repairs.

Stay away! They did not diagnose the problem correctly the first time or the second time. The first visit they told me the fan motor was bad and needed to be replaced. $653 paid to them. It worked for about 20 hours and then broke. They came back out and then said it was a switch. $120 dollars later they tell me it is the compressor that needs to be replaced. If I had known that to begin with, I could of put that money towards a new A/C instead of trying to fix it. These guys are bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

One word for this company...awful! I would never use! They sent a tech out to analyze the problem. He was here about 10 minutes..he could have cared less...STAY AWAY! No stars!
