This is the second time I've had I Need a Plumber Now our for 3 separate ordeals. Have had a couple ""plumbers"" previously that were no good. First time was to properly secure bathroom piping to our shower the right way & redoing our kitchen sink piping (had a small leak FOREVER). Anyways, they came out today & I was expecting a full piping rebuild under the tub (showering & taking a baths at the same time because it didn't drain well). Under the house, the tech said the piping is just fine. So he took of the open/close levers& proceeded to snake out the nasty mess within the picture. He taught me that in the future, I can do the same. Which was a valuable lesson in itself as my significant other has very long hair. He adjusted the mechanism as well. Then even checked to make sure it functioned properly. They were clean & fast. Even called ahead to let me know they were running a few behind. I support local small businesses as I own a local small business. Word of the wise, don't hire a Craigslist plumber & just call these guys. Not only did they fit me in within a couple days, even got a slight discount for using them again. These guys' rating says it all!

As a small business owner it is rare to find a company that treats you like a person instead of a business. This company is different. They respond within hours basically every time. Even when I say it's non emergency. The pricing is more than for for what you get. There are a lot of great plumbers but this company gets the plumbing aspect as well as the customer service aspect. The owner was even understanding when the AP department missed a few invoices one month. This is the first and only plumber is use. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself! Just look at the 5 star YELP rating!!

My Parents had these guys repipe their aging town home due to the galvanized pipes rusting shut. They replaced not only the pipes inside, but also the main water service outside. They were able to bore under 40' of concrete preventing any damage to my parents driveway and garage!! My parents are so happy to finally have proper water pressure after fighting with the old pipes for so long. We will definitely recommend them to others and call them on any future plumbing projects!!

Customer service is horrible and I honestly would never use them again. The work quality was extremely poor and produced issues after the initial project was completed, which ultimately will cost more to have fixed correctly.

I Called I Need A Plumber Now to look at my leaky hot water heater, the owner answered and as able to get me scheduled the same day. Two gentlemen came to my condo Ryan and (i forgot the other gentleman's name). They were very professional and informative. Ryan showed me that my supply line was the culprit, he also explained to me the life span of a water heater and suggested that I replace the water heater or he could replace the supply line for now. Since I was not exactly ready to replace my water heater, I asked for the supply line to be replaced for the time being. Ryan allowed me to watch them work (for my own learning), he even explained what he was doing and how the systems work. I am really happy with with the service that I was given, I will give these guys a call when I am ready to replace my water heater and any other plumbing needs. These guys gained a customer for life! Thank you!

We called to get a plumber out to fix a clogged garbage disposal and leaky pipe on Thursday morning and was able to get someone out that afternoon. Ryan called my cell to let me know he was 10 min out which was great as I had to leave work to meet him at my house. He snaked our clogged drain and was able to determine the cause of the leak. Fortunately he had the piece that was broken in his truck so he didn't have to go far and I was back to work in an hour. Ryan was friendly and honest and worked quickly and I was very impressed with this company! We will be sure to call them again in the future (hopefully not too soon) and tell all our friends and neighbors! Thank you!

We just had a new gas water heater installed. Thomas showed up at 9am for a consultation. We determined that we needed a replacement heater. He explained the difference between multiple units, and we decided on a 6 year Rheem . The removal and installation were all done by 10:45am. They were quick and polite. My wife and I returned from winter vacation to cold showers. Frankly, we did not like it.

I gave ""I Need A Plumber Now"" a call due to their fantastic ratings. Let me tell you, they deserve every ""5"" star we can give them! First, Tim was kind enough to offer an ""over the phone evaluation"" as he could not get anyone out right away. Once I determined that the issue was beyond a phone fix, we scheduled a time for someone to come out.

I ended up cancelling on them the morning of as I thought I had found a fix for the issue. Tim was very gracious and said it was no problem. Plot twist! My fix was unsuccessful and when I called Tim again he was still very gracious and rescheduled us.

Once the two handymen arrived it only took them a few minutes to diagnose the issue. The fix was very simple and straightforward. They walked me through what went wrong and how to know if it happens again. The price charged for the quick service was incredibly reasonable and I would not even hesitate to call them back if I needed help again. I cannot recommend ""I Need A Plumber Now"" enough!

Thomas came to my house within an hour and fixed a leak in my wall. I found him friendly, honest and affordable. There was an existing patch in the wall that he gently opened and was able to repair rather than replace which saved me money. I will definitely use them in the future
