Had an emergency situation with our plumbing called and Carlos answered, let me know that someone would be there same day, gave me a time window and asked if we can get there earlier would that be OK. They showed up much earlier than stated which was great. When they got here they listened to me explain the issue, took a quick look then told me what they planned to do and what estimated cost would be. My situation required a camera in the pipes, Carlos showed me what they saw and explained everything to me. With the problem diagnosed he gave me options and estimates on prices. He was honest, completely transparent and the work done was excellent.

In short, got out quick was honest, professional and provided a great work product

Our work restroom started to have water flooding, we had immediately contacted the company and Carlos responded and gave us an appointment fair quickly. The team came with very well equipped trucks with all proper equipments, and they found there a water leak through a water pipe in the wall and took care of the issue right away! I will have to say their service was great and with the equipments they have definitely are very professional and capable of major sewer jobs too! Definitely recommend!

Long story: We moved into our home August 2019. Prior to purchasing, we had ran a camera inspection and saw that there were roots in the pipes but no blockage. Since moving in, we dealt with minor toilet clogs but easily fixed with a plunger. Last Thursday, we noticed that the toilet started to bubble while we showered. We immediately contacted our home warranty provider and they sent a technician out on Friday. However, they couldn't replicate the issue so we were instructed to call them back next time it happens. Well, it happened later that night and the home warranty technician returned Saturday morning. They snaked our pipes through a cleanout access attached to the house but it did not fix the problem. After speaking with home warranty, we were told our issue would not be covered. At this point, none of the toilets/showers in our house were draining so we were fairly desperate (kudos to our neighbor for allowing us to use their toilets in the meantime). I contacted a number of companies and I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing was able to come out the next morning (Sunday). Carlos arrived at 10am wearing a mask and even took off his shoes as he entered the house. He assessed the problem and presented us with a couple options. We decided to hydro jet our pips through the roof access since it sounded reasonable to blast the clog through the pipes. Unfortunately, it didn't clear the clog because the roots were causing the blockage. He provided us with some options and even asked if we would like to price shop, but we were wanted to get our plumbing back to normal so we proceeded with Carlos. Within a couple hours, Carlos came back with a crew and equipment to dig and expose the clogged pipe. They removed as much of the roots as they could, hydro jetted the pipes once more and installed a two-way clean out for future maintenance. While the pipes were exposed, Carlos asked if we wanted to go ahead and replace or line the pipes, but it was not within our budget since this was already an unexpected and costly fix for us. They wrapped up around 6pm and we are grateful for their services and keeping a friendly and positive attitude during the entire time!

This team did an excellent job solving our immediate issues. They explained what's best long term but provided us with a fix and work around. In addition they were able to repair a shoddy repair from a previous company (apparently done incorrectly). All the young men were very friendly, helpful, and polite. I especially appreciated them taking the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was explained well in detail. Definitely a great choice!

UPDATE: These guys are BEYOND AMAZING. We needed a toilet service and they delivered beyond expectations. When I called they happened to be in the area and arrived within 5 minutes! I was expecting to set up an appointment but to my surprise my problems were fixed within 20 minutes (including call time!) I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with Carlos and his guys. They truly do everything! They have fixed so many issues at my house I truly feel like I can trust them with any home problems.
