I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing

Let me start off with saying that I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing was very informative and knowledgeable when our bathroom pipe leaked back in February 2021. We didn't end up repiping our home since financially we couldn't afford to spend $17,000. We changed out water pressure regulator instead and Carlos did explain to us that that was only a temporary fix. In the future we absolutely still need to repipe the house.

Anyways, to help dry our home and prevent mold, we were recommended a restoration company: West Coast Services. I was told if the insurance wouldn't cover the dehumidifiers we wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. But we still got billed $17,376.17. I was upset and scared, West Coast Services charged us for services that they did not provide and now that we cannot pay they said they would put a lien on our home. That is terrifying.

West Coast Services website is down and I couldn't find their yelp page, so I left a horrible review on I love Sewers, thinking Carlos had lied to me about that company. But he called me and is helping me with West Coast Services right now to get the $17,376.17 waived as promised from before. I was so surprised that Carlos was helping me after I left such an awful review blaming him for recommending West Coast. I can't express how thankful I am. A lien on my home and a bill so huge is so stressful.

Carlos and I Love Sewers Rooting and Plumbing is an honest man and an honest company that helps their customers. Don't be afraid to ask for help if someone they recommended is suddenly not keeping their promise. Because Carlos is a man of his word and he will help you. I am so grateful and thankful. You can't even imagine the relief I am feeling right now.

Wonderful experience. After having multiple bad experiences trying to get a plumber to fix our sewer problems we came across I Love Sewers. We called for an estimate in the late afternoon and they came out the next morning. Carlos ran a camera to check the line and it turns out we needed to replace the sewer. Carlos explained the options that were available and explained the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on an option Carlos and his team got right to work. Unfortunately, we ran into several unforeseen problems along the way, not because of anything Carlos' team did but because of the way our previous plumbing was set up. At every obstacle Carlos came to us and explained the problems and what our options were to overcome them. Carlos and his team never gave up despite all the obstacles and did everything they could to work through the problems while keeping the costs and disruption to the home to a minimum. Great communication, friendly and professional staff, would definitely recommend this company.

Where to begin... We had a sewer pipe crack under the slab of our home. We then had 3 companies come out to provide quotes on solutions to repair the pipe but almost each company had some issue with either not being able to get there camera into the sewer to really see the main issue or scheduling was 2-3 weeks out from the date they came to look at the job which would leave us without a sewer. So my wife stumbled upon I Love Sewers and from the moment we called and spoke with Carlos all our problems started getting addressed. The first day they showed up after hearing multiple companies weren't able to get their inspection camera to fit around the multiple bends within the pipe his staff unloaded 3 different types of camera one smaller than the next and sure enough within 30min of them showing up we were seeing a live stream from Carlos' phone of my sewer and where most other companies were getting stuck his smallest pencil camera was able to get past the issue and show the rest of the run of pipe and we were in trouble. The pipe was collapsing and we only had 2 options, tear up all the hardwood floor and break the concrete slab of the house and remove/replace all the pipe and do some digging outside......... OR do a pipe burst which essentially uses the old sewer line as a route for the new pipe and destroys the old as its being pulled in. This was the method we ended up going with and Carlos was one of the only companies that owned all the equipment and guess what, he didn't even have to leave the house. Once we gave him the approval to get it done they literally loaded up the camera and unloaded their other equipment and started right away! The house was all back together and left super clean in record time. I was super impressed with the staff and owners communication from start to finish and the icing on the cake for me was that all these guys were super dog friendly so our 8 month old pup had a great time meeting alot of new faces and was very comfortable with all the noise and people coming in and out of the house during the whole project. Will for sure be recommending these guys to friends and family

Carlos and Jose really did come through and saved me. Got home late from work only to come back to backed up showers and toilets. Came in less than an hour and fixed it.

These guys are experienced; organized; on time; the communication is terrific; and they are efficient. The work they do is outstanding. Carlos is the best. He is our technician; very professional and personable. I won't use anyone else for this home. --- UPDATE april 2021 We have used them three times in the past few years; the latest yesterday. Let me say that their communication was excellent; that the service technician was very capable (Carlos); and that the service they performed was outstanding. Their bill was reasonable for the work done; their advice was outstanding; and we will use them again. What did we have done? We had a sewer main repair and removed and we had work done ; and all the plumbing under the home was checked, tied off, and repaired. 100% satisfied with these folks and especially with Eric who we will request perform needed services in the future. While we appreciate I love sewers rooter and plumbing and the work they do, when it comes to plumbing issues, we hire professionals; like I love sewers.

Very efficient. My landlord was impressed by their truck. It seems to have everything. Fixed plumbing issue that 3 other plumbers couldnt fix. It was a fluke finding them, but they were the best. Thank you so much for fixing my plumbing so my family could be comfortable. Going to mcdonalds for the restroom was very inconvenient.

We worked with I love sewers for all our plumbing needs to complete sewer re drain. Carlos is the most knowledgeable and personable tech we have come across during our whole re drain . Carlos is thorough and is able to point out the problems that we would have never thought of. Carlos provided for us with the competitive pricing as well. You get what you pay for folks. Well what to start , I have called one hour in advance and they came so quick in 30 mins as urgent repair for sewer Line is backed up and water summed up. Carlos team can fix it , he has professional tools ..his services is second to none . I would recommend to everyone who has sewer line problem ..

Unclog drain
We had an issue with our main line being clogged right after moving into our new home. I love sewers rooter and plumbing came out, assessed the situation and got to work right away. It ended up the main sewer pipe had cracked from a nearby tree's roots. The guys dug up and replaced the damaged pipe and recommended their sewer division to help repair the front yard. An unexpected expense, but these guys were great and helpful fixing the issue.
