Kathleen B.I called about a ceiling leak. I knew it wasn't a plumbing leak, that's why I didn't call my plumber. There is nothing in the ad stating they only detect plumbing leaks. They came out, said it wasn't a plumbing leak and told me to call a leak detection company. I told him that's who I thought I called. He said no, we only detect plumbing leaks. He charged me half of their normal fee($150 instead of $300) but I feel cheated. Now I have to spend another fee to actually find the leak...and I have a hole in my ceiling.

Many other companies were more costly when I spoke with them on the phone. Sonny not only found where the leak was, but dug it out on a muddy and rainy day. He also reached out to a friend to try and interpret what the heck the prior plumber. Worth every penny and will be recommending to anyone who has misfortune to need their services.
