Marylin L.I called about a ceiling leak. I knew it wasn't a plumbing leak, that's why I didn't call my plumber. There is nothing in the ad stating they only detect plumbing leaks. They came out, said it wasn't a plumbing leak and told me to call a leak detection company. I told him that's who I thought I called. He said no, we only detect plumbing leaks. He charged me half of their normal fee($150 instead of $300) but I feel cheated. Now I have to spend another fee to actually find the leak...and I have a hole in my ceiling.

Many other companies were more costly when I spoke with them on the phone. Sonny not only found where the leak was, but dug it out on a muddy and rainy day. He also reached out to a friend to try and interpret what the heck the prior plumber. Worth every penny and will be recommending to anyone who has misfortune to need their services.

The technician came out in the time frame they told us and was able to locate the leak in a very short amount of time. He explained what was happening and on the receipt he left a notation about what he found for the plumber and for the city so we have proof that we are working on getting the leak fixed. Sonny was very knowledgeabe, personable & pleasant. I will definately recommend this company to anyone having issues with leaks. Thanks again!
