I noticed our front yard had a severe flood on a Saturday morning. The needle on the water meter was moving so fast- water was flowing at a high rate! It looked like the water was coming out from under the driveway so I got a hold of I. E. Plumbing and Kevin came out as soon as he could. He detected where the leak was coming from and repaired it within a few hours.
Luckily, the broken pipe was not under the driveway, it was right next to it and about 3 feet down. Kevin is a super nice guy and knows his stuff. He really helped me out in a pinch and was reasonably priced.

Early on Friday, Feb. 10, the morning of the eve of Super Bowl weekend, we woke to a leaky hot water heater. To many people, Super Bowl Weekend is the equivalent to Thanksgiving and they don't want work beyond noon that Friday.
Fortunately for us, the I.E. Plumbing team, that was already crazy busy, said that they would try to fit us in. And, that they did! Late in the afternoon, they arrived, appraised the situation, took off to get all the necessary equipment and returned in enough time to install everything and leave before dark.
They were knowledgeable, efficient and personable.
We would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had made an appointment for I.E. to repair a couple of sinks. When they did not show up I called and was told that the scheduler forgot to let Kevin know.
When they finally showed they broke a sink stopper that was not broke. They tried to glue it and not inform me about it. When I discovered it, I called and was told they would order a new one. That was April 4th. I called twice and was told that Kevin ordered it but it had not come in yet. I called the manufacturer on 5/19/22 and was told the part would be here within a week.
I will never use I.E. again!

Needed to replace a 40year old water heater and re pipe old water lines that had become corrosive. Got a referral from family friend for I.E. Plumbing. The owner, Kevin came out the same day. Kevin quoted a fair price AND threw in some extras. The crew arrived on time were nice, professional, respectfull, and finished on time. I am so pleased with the company.
