I had made an appointment for I.E. to repair a couple of sinks. When they did not show up I called and was told that the scheduler forgot to let Kevin know.
When they finally showed they broke a sink stopper that was not broke. They tried to glue it and not inform me about it. When I discovered it, I called and was told they would order a new one. That was April 4th. I called twice and was told that Kevin ordered it but it had not come in yet. I called the manufacturer on 5/19/22 and was told the part would be here within a week.
I will never use I.E. again!

Needed to replace a 40year old water heater and re pipe old water lines that had become corrosive. Got a referral from family friend for I.E. Plumbing. The owner, Kevin came out the same day. Kevin quoted a fair price AND threw in some extras. The crew arrived on time were nice, professional, respectfull, and finished on time. I am so pleased with the company. My kitchen sink in my mobile home was backed up. Commercial strength liquid plumber solutions had no effect. A neighbor had hired Kevin to re-pipe her home and was very happy with his work. Based on her recommendation, I called I.E. Plumbing and arranged for them to come out the next day. Kevin and his partner were here early, routed out the drain and were gone in about half an hour. Sink now drains perfectly. Could not be happier. They will do any plumbing job quickly and economically so they are my plumber of choice from now on. Thanks guys!!!

I.E. Plumbing is really good. They come out quickly and are always on time. They do good work. Thy know their stuff. I've been using them for several years now and they have never let me down. I called them out to a rental property in Canyon lake to unclog the master shower drain and toilet. The tenant had called out three other companies and none of them could fix the problem. Kevin came out, figured out what was causing the clog and was able to fix the problem within an hour. Today, he came out to my house and installed two new toilets for us. He was here for about an hour and did a fantastic job. Three years ago, he added a powder room to our downstairs just off of the hallway. Now we have a wonderful powder room for guests to use when they come over to visit.
