Had a problem in a basement bathroom - not sure if limited to the tub drain or something more serious (mainline - yikes). And of course New Year's Eve - literally Kyle came out about 6 pm. I was impressed facing a 3 day weekend and at that time he did not charge any extra. Cleared the drain at a standard price, gave me his card and assured me they ""are here for you, whenever you need us"". Also did a great job cleaning up, which doesn't always happen. Awesome.

I have used Hyper Flow for 2 of my clients homes. Their technicians did a great job. One was a very long line they jetted for us and has been working great. The other was at 530pm they sent Jon out and got there in 15 minutes, which I cant thank them enough as this was one of my best clients homes. I definitely plan on using them again, but maybe not after hours the 400 trip charge was a little steep, but their response time was 2nd to none.

This company was great. The technician (John) came out the morning I called and fixed our bathroom sink within two hours. He was so polite and guaranteed the work for a year. I 100% recommend Hyper Flow!

I agree with the other positive reviews. I called Hyper Flow because I noticed some of my carpet in the basement of my house was damp. Carlos came out and inspected my pipes, and he gave me the unfortunate news that part of my main pipe was cracked. They scheduled to come out to do the job quickly and were done in a day. They took care to minimize dust and did not damage walls. Carlos had to come out to clear the new pipe of some debris after installation but this happened very quickly. He did also come out soon thereafter to fix a clogged toilet and he didn't charge me. I will definitely use the company again and refer others.

Jon Harris was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our garbage disposal in a matter of minutes. He also gave us very helpful advice on how to avoid other complications due to plumbing and piping layout. Highly recommend him.

Carlos from Hyper Flow Service Company is fantastic. Imagine in heavy snow day during pandemic and no running water in the house!

We had back flow water in the basement overnight. Family of 4 couldn't flush the toilet. I sent an inquiry on their website at midnight. Received a response from Kyle 1st thing in the morning at 7am when they were just open. Kyle was able to schedule an appointment 1-3pm . I expressed an urgency that we stuck at home because of the heavy snow and pandemic and couldn't run any water in the house. Kyle helped and would send one earlier if they finished the jobs ahead of schedule.

Then 2 hours later, Carlos called and said he would be able to come early before 10:30am. Thanks god! Carlos was very professional. He worn masks the entire time. He put on shoe covers when troubleshooting inside the house. He explained options available patiently until I fully understood.

Carlos determined that a high pressure water jetting service was needed in order to fix my issue. He explained the clog was due to the roots in the sewer line outside of the house. Initially, the estimate was about 1.5 hours when performing inside the house and bill by hourly. Carlos was able to find the access to perform the jetting outside the house and saved me 0.5 hours of cost. He allowed me to watch the camera scope, explained when he saw roots. He also emailed me the videos in the evening as promised.

Job well done. An hour later, our kids were so excited that they were able to use the restroom and water again. Thank you so much for your impressive work in a heavy snow day during pandemic. I couldn't ask for more! We will certainly use Hyper Flow Service Company in the future for preventive maintenance for the sewer line as recommended by Carlos!

I called Hyper Flow while shopping for quotes to root my main sewer line for preventative maintenance. I also wanted to scope the line with a camera, for peace of mind.

The lady I spoke to on the phone (I apologize, I forget her name) was very pleasant and professional. She quickly gave me the rates to expect for the rooting as well as their flat rate for the camera scope. With their competitive prices, I did not hesitate to set up an appointment.

Not only were they able to show up the very next day, but my technician, Jon, showed up ten minutes early! He reiterated the same prices quoted to me over the phone, no nickel and diming.

Jon was professional, prompt, clean and informative. In these weird times, he had no issues wearing a mask the entire time, which we appreciated. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to watch the live feed of the camera scope, explaining everything he saw along the way. What impressed me is that he scoped the line both before AND after he cleaned out the roots, so we both saw the immediate impact of his work. Very cool!

He's also sending me a copy of the video from the scope!

I've had these guys out to my house for a couple of different plumbing issues and have had a great experience both times. I have found them to be transparent, fairly priced, respectful of my home, and most importantly, great at fixing plumbing issues. One of their newer plumbers, John, did a great job of troubleshooting a backed up sewer line and explaining his analysis along the way. I'm very impressed with the level of service from Hyperflow and will continue be a repeat customer.

I have had to use Hyper Flow several times this year for recently purchased home. I recommended them to a friend in Centennial she also was so satisfied with service. Plumbing problems always seem to happen on weekends and holidays. They always are courteous and empathetic to frantic calls. They don't price gouge like the majority of plumbing services. The
Plumbers that worked on both homes were respectful and helpful. I recommend Hyper Flow for being ethical and fair. Keep in mind this was a Sunday no crazy up-charge!! Thank you
