Kyle just saved our bacon. We were trying to replace the faucet in our new house and we thought the supply line was turned off...but nope. Water everywhere until we could get to the water main. We called Kyle because the line had siezed up and he was down in less than an hour. The walked us through the whole problem, took pictures and explained what was going to be required to fix the problem. He even suggested we do some preventative maintenance to ensure we would not need to call him in the future and be subjected to additional cost. The whole process took a little less than two hours. We could not be happier with the service and the professionalism of Kyle. Thanks for everything.

Hyper Flow was very quick to get help to me when I had serious issues with my water heater. Manuel was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and gave me important information about the pipes in my house as well as presenting several great options for how we could proceed. In the end I elected to replace the water heater, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and would also use them again.

What is there not to love. Manuel showed up early, he reviewed what needed to be done and was kind enough to show me how I could do the simple items by myself. I needed simple stuff-- replace sink spray nozzle and bathtub overflow cover. I tried to pay him and he kindly refused.

Clearly developed a sense of trust with Manuel. These are rentals and we will need their help in the future and Manuel will be the first call.

I called several plumbers only Kyle from Hyper Flow responded right away he came over wearing booties and a mask he figured out the problem and gave me my options he saved me about $400.00 plus dollars I was very impressed with Kyle he did exactly what he said he would do in the amount of time he quoted. So so thankful they were available same day. We had some backup happening in our kitchen sink that ended up being a problem way further down the line than we would have anticipated or been able to fix ourselves. Kyle answered and was super helpful in getting us scheduled for their next available opening. Carlos was the one who came out to help. He contacted us as he'd wrapped up the job before us really early so he was available well before the window we'd been given. Not a problem for us! He answered all of our novice plumbing questions and since we had nothing better going on we watched as he worked and talked us through the process of what he was going. 10/10 recommend and will happily refer anyone I know to them.

What else could go wrong in the middle of a pandemic? Your kitchen sink backs up with stinky water! I called Kyle at Hyper Flow and discussed the problem and he came out the next day. He was very professional and kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to us the options for fixing the issue. He snaked the drain for immediate relief and then sent Carlos out the next day to hydro jet out our old pipes. Carlos was equally professional and solved our drainage problem. Both Kyle can Carlos clearly care about their job and take the time to do the right thing. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Had a problem on a Sunday and called Kyle. He was great talking us through what to do until he got Manuel out in 2 hours. Manuel called and come over early. He explained everything as he did it. Did have to pay Sunday emergency pricing, but these guys are worth it!
