I needed an Italian shampoo bowl installed in my salon. Rohan was excellent! He took his time and even advised me to get different water Valve closures. (Which seems to have resulted in amazing water pressure.) He removed the existing bowl and proceeded to install the new one. He was knowledgeable, professional, diligent and friendly. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. It was a pleasure to have him updating my salon. Thank you so much for your wonderful work and your kind spirit! Thank you Rohan!! Absolute life saver...after seeing so many glowing reviews (whenever you see 4.9 stars and over 50 reviews you know someone is doing something right) I immediately reached out to Rohan after our HVAC heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year (so far!). It was after 5pm, and within a short time Rohan called me back that night and set up something that next day. I so appreciated that because not everyone returns calls after hours, and we (well I) was panicked. It's an old system and thus had multiple problems that Rohan diagnosed, one by one. Each time he did he called me downstairs so I could see what was going on. Not only did it build trust (which he didn't need to do - I could feel from the get go his trustworthiness) but it helped me to understand and learn. All of this troubleshooting required multiple trips and additional parts needed (some where he didn't leave until 9:45pm, one on a Sunday - his off day where he insisted on coming). It also required work arounds for an old system, and finding parts (who knew a Trane doesn't use universal parts?!). But all along he kept a really good attitude, and always went the extra mile. We got a new thermostat and he opened it up to make sure the wires were all put on correctly (when he didn't have to) as just one example. He cleaned everything out - coils, etc. as well. He just deeply cares about his work and clients. He even checked in later that night once things were all finally fixed to make sure all was still good. When you have a problem that you know nothing about you have to rely on others. You hope they know what they're doing, are really good at it, and are truly looking out for you. Welp, we sure did find that. I am so grateful to Rohan and yelp. Thanks Yelpers for writing up about his stellar work - you are not wrong!!! Thank you Rohan!!!!!! You are our one and only now!!

Rohan is very knowledgeable and pleasure to do business with. He helped install a vent hood in a rather cramped space. He offered better ideas that I did not even come up with and made the job much more simpler. He did some minor electric work that was necessary as well. I came home on a Friday night to no a/c. After spending precious time trying to get my regular HVAC service guy to schedule time to help me without response, I started making a couple of calls. I'm a new homeowner and am so happy to have found a plumber and HVAC repair company I can trust. Rohan is great. I live in an older condo with a ridiculously complicated utility closet, gas shut-off, and water shut-off situation. Even small repairs are never straightforward and could lead to large expense. Rohan was great about working with this situation, telling me the worst case and best case scenarios, and, best of all, telling me which repairs were critical and which could be put off because they would not cause any further damage. I really value a plumber who will explain things, tell you the degree of urgency, and help you assess the risk versus the reward for potential repairs. Rohan really knows what he's doing, double checks things after fixing them, keeps you informed so you can make repair and replace decisions, and gives you important preventative maintenance information. For instance, he explained the importance of getting the right sized air filter so as not to cause expensive future damage and how to tell when you're water heater is deteriorating before it damages the whole HVAC system. He could easily have not told me these things, and just profited from replacing the entire HVAC system when it gave out. But he's honest and is looking out for you rather than trying to make a quick buck. He will give the same attention to small repairs as to big ones, and his rates are beyond reasonable.
