Rohan is amazing. He pays so much attention to detail and does thorough job. I've had another HVAC guy in the past who would fix something, and then I would have to call him again after a few months. Rohan does such a detailed job that I might not have to see him for a whole year because everything just works well. He is also super-friendly.

Wow. This guy is great. I called him at like 2pm on a Thursday. Everyone else I called couldn't come until Monday. He said he could come at 6pm that day! He was right on time and fixed our problem really quick. The fee for coming out went toward the cost of the fix, so that was great too. He seemed very knowledgeable, gave us several tips on how to save money on our HVAC, was honest and friendly and great to work with. THANK YOU, Rohan! We'll definitely call you next time we're having trouble.

I'm a new homeowner and am so happy to have found a plumber and HVAC repair company I can trust. Rohan is great. I live in an older condo with a ridiculously complicated utility closet, gas shut-off, and water shut-off situation. Even small repairs are never straightforward and could lead to large expense. Rohan was great about working with this situation, telling me the worst case and best case scenarios, and, best of all, telling me which repairs were critical and which could be put off because they would not cause any further damage. I really value a plumber who will explain things, tell you the degree of urgency, and help you assess the risk versus the reward for potential repairs. Rohan really knows what he's doing, double checks things after fixing them, keeps you informed so you can make repair and replace decisions, and gives you important preventative maintenance information. For instance, he explained the importance of getting the right sized air filter so as not to cause expensive future damage and how to tell when you're water heater is deteriorating before it damages the whole HVAC system. He could easily have not told me these things, and just profited from replacing the entire HVAC system when it gave out. But he's honest and is looking out for you rather than trying to make a quick buck. He will give the same attention to small repairs as to big ones, and his rates are beyond reasonable.

These guys are amazing. Incredibly responsive, fair priced, honest, and educational. The thing I loved most is they don't up sell anything. They show you what the issue is and then tell you what they can do about it. They don't overcharge for parts and they do exactly what they say they will and exactly when they say it. They are now on auto dial for any HVAC issue I have. Their rating here is well earned...easy 5/5

I needed an Italian shampoo bowl installed in my salon. Rohan was excellent! He took his time and even advised me to get different water Valve closures. (Which seems to have resulted in amazing water pressure.) He removed the existing bowl and proceeded to install the new one. He was knowledgeable, professional, diligent and friendly. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. It was a pleasure to have him updating my salon. Thank you so much for your wonderful work and your kind spirit! I am a 24 year old first time home owner who just moved in a few days ago to my new place. I contacted Rohan for a yearly inspection of my HVAC system. It may have seemed pricey at $150 compared to another company that offered one for $99, but I wanted to work with Rohan based on the yelp reviews. I am very happy with my decision. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it with regards to the filter changes, the analysis of air flow, and with regards to checking my freon pressure. During the inspection, he found a dead capacitor, he found wires outside with stripped insulation, and he recommended the addition of a flush line for my condenser so I could flush it to prevent clogging, and gave recommendations for maintenance on it. I ended up spending more money than I'd have liked (i.e. more than the $150 inspection), but I'll add that if I was more handy I probably could have done all these fixes myself. Rohan explained exactly what I would have to do if I did want to make the fixes myself and let me decide whether or not to just have him do it there. Since I just moved in and had some other priorities to focus on, I opted to let him make the fixes this time. Overall he is very nice, very intelligent when it comes to HVAC systems (he is intelligent in more things than just this too, I am sure), and he was very helpful. I found his pricing fair and I think he really puts a lot of effort into his work, so I would strongly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity.
