Best plumber I have ever seen. I was on a business trip and my wife was in tears. The Gas Company suddenly turned off our gas due to a leak in the winter (no heat, no hot water), and my wife just got a $26k quote from a plumber to fix the issue. We needed a second opinion and got a referral to Brandon/Hughes from a friend. They came out on a Holiday and worked HOURS and HOURS trying to find leaks (cheap) instead of just saying we needed to replace everything (expensive). Dudes were on a mission crawling around in the attic and garage. They methodically isolated the issue (stove top), capped that section and got our gas back on (heat, not water). Then, came back the next day and fixed the issue for LESS THAN THEY QUOTED. Then, at the very end, there was an issue where we had to call the gas company out again to fix something. The guys hung around and FREAKING TIPPED THE GAS COMPANY GUY for hustling out to resolve the final issue. Wow.

I have a house from 1968 so the pipe is cast iron and clay going to the main line. It backed up and needed repairing the quotes I got from the other companies that are all over the TV and radio were outrageous. I called Brandon at Hughes and he was so professional and honest. He walked me through the whole process and explained exactly what I was to expect. He was on time when we met the first time and he was on time the day of the repair and him and his crew did it all in one day. They did such a clean job and poured concrete back to patch the hole. What a weight off our shoulders. I highly recommend him.

We own two rentals in the West Valley and recently discovered that our independent plumber was bought out by a large conglomerate noted for overcharging and up-selling their projects. Man, did we make a great call! Sure enough, as luck would have it, one of our tenants had a two plugged toilet emergency in a two bathroom house on Sunday night during the Memorial Day weekend. They called Brandon who returned their call and arrived within the hour. The drain was cleared and a leaking toilet seal was replaced quickly and professionally. Brandon kept us informed and reported to us when the project was completed. He even sent photos of his findings for the discussion we need to have with the tenants (but that's a whole 'nother story). We are grateful to have found a ""plumber-for-life"" that we can rely on for fast, honest and fair-priced service.

I highly recommend Hughes Plumbing!! If there were 10 stars to check, I'd check them all. I had a hot water pipe burst in my ceiling on a Saturday night, and within 20 minutes Brandon was there. He was able to identify the problem, went out and got what he needed to make sure no further damage was done to my home. Because of his expertise and quality of work, he prevented my entire ceiling from falling in on my bedroom. He also cleaned up and calmed me down. HE IS THE BEST! Thank you Brandon.

Brandon is very polite and professional. His effort is way and beyond i expected. We had leak from our bath tub faucet and had our home warranty sent a plumber, unfortunately we didnt like the plumber they sent to us because their only solution was to open the tub and vanity cabinet. I found Brandon on yelp and was quick to respond. Came in the next day and really took his time to figure out a solution. Scheduled another appointment few days after and was so thankful that he was able to fix it without making any hole in our tub or vanity.
