We had a leak that was threatening to ruin a wall in our house and flood the garage so I put out a request for quote on Yelp. The result was easily the best plumber experience in 30 years - no joke, call these guys up they will bend over backwards to make things right for you, on very short notice.

Brandon, the owner, answered my Yelp request for quote in about 10 minutes and had his plumber (also named Brandon) at our house in Santa Clarita in about 60 minutes. Brandon arrived promptly, was incredibly courteous and polite and worked hard to figure out the issue. After making a couple of test holes in the garage wall in exactly the right places (checking with me both times before he did), we found there were no pipes in the wall leaking at all. Brandon deduced that our high pressure was causing our water heater to vent at random times,and due to a bad solder joint water was running along the pipe and accumluating behind the wall - he ran a quick vent test and was 100% correct. It was not an easy problem to solve! Brandon then ran all over town finding the right parts and stayed until 8 on a Friday night to make sure the pressure regulator, the water shut off (which was also broken) were fixed, and he replaced the vent valve on the water heater to be safe at no charge.

And they charged 2/3 of what home warranty plumber was going to charge us out of pocket, even after he collected from the warranty people!

These guys are young, eager and building a business for their families - give them a try!

Brandon and his crew are very reliable and professional. They were able to fix the leak in my washer drain and sink. I've had two other plumbers for and fix it but their solutions were temporary. The drain starts leaking again after a couple of weeks. Brandon was able to fix the problem for good. I would definitely recommend him. He did a really great job.

I can't say enough good things about this company! On very short notice and late in the evening, Brandon (the owner of the company) and his employee came to our house to assess a potential water leak. Not only did they come wearing masks, they also placed booties on their shoes so they would not dirty our floor. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They checked absolutely everything that could've been causing the leak inside, and then proceeded to crawl under the house (they searched under there for a very long time- they
were very thorough!). Further, to make sure that I understood what they were doing, they showed and explained to me everything they were checking for as they did it. They answered all my questions and then some. They were even helpful on advising us with what to do next, as far as dealing with restoration and insurance. We will definitely be calling them the next time we need any plumbing issue dealt with. Incredible company!

I recently purchased a house and I needed a new waterline put in for my new refrigerator. Being the Yelper that I am, I depend on reviews to guide me in supporting the right businesses. At the same time, I wanted to find a reliable plumber for any future issues. I sent an inquiry for price quotes on Yelp and sure enough, I got a ton of responses, with Brandon being one of the very first ones. I was a little hesitant talking to Brandon at first because he didn't have any reviews on Yelp whatsoever. However, since I was getting price quotes from everyone, I gave him an opportunity to swing by with a free estimate. Long story short, out of all the plumbers on Yelp, Brandon was the ONLY one that gave me a reasonable & practical alternative in installing a new waterline. You see, my fridge is right across from my sink, which is definitely NOT ideal but that's how the house came. Everyone I spoke to wanted to bust a hole through the wall since the water heater was nearby then told me they don't do dry wall, blah, blah, blah. One even gave me a ridiculous estimate of $1800 to have the waterline come from the attic. Seriously?! PASS. So here I'm thinking, 'why can't we just connect a waterline from the sink across the way but have it run up the wall & across to the fridge?' This way, there's minimal damage to the wall, and it made a lot of sense to me. Brandon was the only one that presented that idea to me for a very reasonable $300 estimate. This told me that Brandon wasn't just about making money but actually helping people. Contacted Brandon after receiving the last estimate and he was able to come out a day later to install my new waterline. He did an awesome job and I am extremely satisfied with his work & professionalism. Found my plumber and would recommend Brandon to anyone. Glad I took a chance despite Brandon having no reviews, which is why I'm reviewing him now -- so that other Yelpers will know that Brandon is an honest & reliable plumber.
