We had a dripping faucet repaired and toilet gasket replaced. Also, the hose bib on our outdoor faucet was replaced due to a near leak in the 1/2 inch copper pipe. As always, HPS was responsive, efficient and trustworthy. Frankie Rios was our technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does excellent work.

I tried to replace a valve to my water heater and, of course, I should have called a professional (my wife told me several times). Called HPS on a Saturday and they sent out Johel Morales. He was very professional and he fixed what I messed up in about an hour. I told him that I thought I could do it because I watched a video. I'll never do that again. Just ending my aggravation and putting in a good mood again was worth the price, which I thought was very reasonable for calling them out on a Saturday. From the time I called them, to the completion of the job, was less than three hours. Very pleased.

First and foremost. I would like to thank Frankie for the AMAZING job he did while he was working at our home. We had paid close to $10,000 for rerouting work that took less than a week to do. Everything we asked of Frankie was done without a complaint or an excuse not to do work. He is a credit to HPS and the main reason why I would do business with HPS again. HPS did work with us so we did not have to pay an arm in a leg which was greatly appreciated. So once again. Thank you Frankie for your excellent service! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called and made the initial appointment they provided me a time slot. I took time off of work during that time slot to allow myself to be available when they arrived. Close to the end of that timeslot nobody had called me or texted me to let me know when they would be here so I called the main office. They told me that they had pushed my timeslot to later. I informed them this was bad customer service as nobody had called to update me regarding the change in timeslot and that I had only taken off during the time slot they initially gave me. While I was trying to explain all of this to the customer service representative I was speaking to she completely continue to interrupt me would not allow me to finish saying even one sentence. And basically called me a liar saying that the initial timeslot was never given to me. I kept trying to explain to her the inconvenience that they had caused me but she would not let me finish my sentences even when I asked her specifically to let me finish talking. I would never recommend them to anyone as not only did I lose hours from work because I trusted what the initial person had told me but then I was treated with such disrespect and bad customer service when I called to discuss the issue with someone.

I requested a quote on Yelp for toilet installation. I was quoted a price and asked if I could use the Yelp discount. The business manager responded and said yes I could use the new customer discount. I scheduled a time for them to come. The appointment window was 10-2 today. At 1:45 pm, I haven't received a call or message. I call and they say they have been busy. It should be 30-45 minutes. So after an hour with no call, I call again. They said they will be calling me. They call and then show up a little while later. Now, they quoted me a higher price. I ask why it is more than the original quoted price and they say that is the price. So I show them the messages from the business manager and they say when did you talk to him? I said Wednesday and they say he was fired yesterday. Ok, that just sounds shady so I said forget it and we will schedule something another time. I wasted my whole day for this inconsiderate, shady company. It sounds like bs just so you wouldn't have to honor the original price and discount.

Jesse was punctual, courteous and efficient. He completed the job in a timely manner and picked up all the trash related to the project. I couldn't ask for more.

First, when I booked they said between 4-6 pm. Ok, cool. 3:30 Johel called me and showed up 10 mins later. Excellent!! I explained what I was told the problem was (broken line) he says, I hope not that is a 2 guy job with a ""per hour"" rate. He walked in the bathroom, looked and a second later says, ""oh! Its clogged. I'll get started!"" Boom!! Like the pro he is he got the job got done. It was a pretty bad back up (don't use flushable wipes y'all) but superman made it go away. He was honest the whole way through. Told me what the possibilities were and the prices but luckily it was easier than we thought. I got lucky!! Johel, you are the man!!
