Requested an estimate for a major project of replacement of main sewer lines from house to street. Tech came out, said he didn't have the equipment to check situation and estimate work . Said he would return the next day with the equipment and give estimate. Waited 2 days for his return but he never came back and never called. So I went with another plumbing company who did the work. Exercise caution if you call them. You may or may not get the work done.

I had a great response time from Josh and he was thorough, very observant and knowledgeable. Josh exsplained the problem and got to it with no problems. This man, Josh, was extremely nice to come out after hours yesterday st 8:37pm to fix my toilet leak which was flooding my floor. We called to request a quote for re-piping our house from HPS. When the guy showed up, he couldn't even be bothered to look at the bathrooms or the kitchen or anything else. He gave us a general quote of $10K to $12k. Really?! That's almost twice the other quotes we got. I don't know what kind of work they do but he was unfriendly and unprofessional. I guess they're too busy.

As always, HPS was responsive, efficient and trustworthy. Frankie Rios was our technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does excellent work.

I tried to replace a valve to my water heater and, of course, I should have called a professional (my wife told me several times). Called HPS on a Saturday and they sent out Johel Morales. He was very professional and he fixed what I messed up in about an hour. I told him that I thought I could do it because I watched a video. I'll never do that again. Just ending my aggravation and putting in a good mood again was worth the price, which I thought was very reasonable for calling them out on a Saturday. From the time I called them, to the completion of the job, was less than three hours. Very pleased.

First and foremost. I would like to thank Frankie for the AMAZING job he did while he was working at our home. We had paid close to $10,000 for rerouting work that took less than a week to do. Everything we asked of Frankie was done without a complaint or an excuse not to do work. He is a credit to HPS and the main reason why I would do business with HPS again.
