Three stars for the initial phone consultation after I called around looking for someone to help me with a leak from my upstairs to the downstairs. Unfortunately, they no showed on me not once but twice within two weeks so I ended up reaching out to other plumbing/handyman services. Fingers crossed I can find someone to take a look at my pipes before something catastrophic happens.

Our AC wasn't working first night we turned it on. Called Rudy at 8am and he was able to come out same afternoon. Rudy is really friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed some wiring issues and also gave me some local referrals for other projects I need help with. Highly recommend!

Last year HP Mechanical replaced our leaking water heater.

A few months later they cleaned our long dryer vents (something we need to have done annually).

We called them again two weeks ago on a cold day when our heat wasn't working. They came last week during our April heat wave - perfect timing as the a/c also wasn't working. The issue was quickly diagnosed: our furnace transistor/capacitor died and needed to be replaced. The the guys had the part and got the job done quickly, rewarding us with some cold air! And today we're back to needing heat!

The weather may be unpredictable but I'm thankful for HP Mechanical's predicable reliability!

This company is top notch. The level of customer is service excellent. My water heater went out and I needed a new one; Rudy had the guys at my house installing a new water heater in 24 hours. They were polite, clean, and knew what they were doing. They installed the water heater and didn't try to upsell me any unnecessary products. HP Mechanical is an honest, reliable, and affordable company. I won't use anyone else for my plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Rudy and his guys. I woke up this morning to a dead heating system on one of the coldest days we've had this winter. I messaged on Yelp and Rudy responded instantly and had a crew here by 9am, exactly when he said they would be here. It's not even 11am and they just left and the heat is on. Set up an appointment for an estimate for Friday May 7th at 4 PM.
No one showed up - no call, no message. To follow up I called and left a message at 5:10 pm that same day - no return call. Needless to say I can not recommend this company.
