This should be a zero rating, because heating system was installed incorrectly by a novice worker and was not operational after installation. The wrong heat pump was installed. I paid for a Daiken heat pump and received a faulty Samsung heat pump that required a float part to operate after installation. A heat vent fell out, the drainer doesn't drain, and about three times the amount of duct work was used than necessary in my attic, which ended up doubling my renters heating bill. Plus, there were other rookie mistakes made such as not tightening the screws after installation, resulting in a leak of refrigerant. There was damage done to my bathroom wall and garage door opener. The house wasn't even draped prior to the work being performed.

The reason all of this happened is because I made the mistake of trusting Pure Property Management to ensure the work got done in accordance with what was quoted and what I paid. It was a big job that the property manager Jaidene James didn't even follow up on to see if it was done right. She refuses to answer my question as to why a Samsung heat pump was installed, instead of a Daiken heat pump.

I will not rest until Rudy Herrera's license is suspended. He is the most fraudulent, incompetent, and negligent business owner I've had the terrible misfortune of dealing with.

I own a condo in Northern California that I rent and when there are issues sometimes it's hard to locate someone to fix things promptly. As a repeat customer Rudy continues to impress with his expertise and integrity. Our home had an HVAC issue arise and our heater ultimately stopped working. My wife initially scheduled a big name competitor of Rudy's to come out concluding that the inducer motor had failed and it would be $1900 to replace. They also attempted to sell her on routine inspections on an 9 year old system. I found out and called HP Mechanical (Rudy). He was timely, thorough, friendly and informative. Rudy tested the motor and it in fact wouldn't fail after a dozen tests. He proceeded to inspect our thermostat which was functioning perfectly for our AC to cover all ends of the system. Ultimately he realized the battery terminal was slightly corroded and proceeded to clean it. And VOILA it was fixed. I can't thank you enough and guarantee you have made a life long customer.

I have used HP Mechanical for two different emergency situations, and was very happy with their level of service. Most recently, my water heater was leaking. I called Rudy at HP Mechanical, and his quote beat the other two I had received. He came over the next day(right on time), and installed a new water heater immediately. Not only was he very polite and courteous, but he also left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them in the future.
