I had an outstanding experience with Rudy and his guys. I woke up this morning to a dead heating system on one of the coldest days we've had this winter. I messaged on Yelp and Rudy responded instantly and had a crew here by 9am, exactly when he said they would be here. It's not even 11am and they just left and the heat is on. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Thank you

Set up an appointment for an estimate for Friday May 7th at 4 PM.
No one showed up - no call, no message. To follow up I called and left a message at 5:10 pm that same day - no return call. Needless to say I can not recommend this company.

A few months my funace broke down so I called H P Mechanical for a possible replacement. They quoted a price over the phone and sent a tech for inspection the next day. After the inspection, he asked if I wanted to replace the furnace. I agreed, to my suprise, he had it on his truck and he was ready to instal. Not only on time, ready to work, with a much better furnace then what I had for a very compatable price. I highly recommend this company.

HP Mechanical is now handling my home and office for HVAC and plumbing. Rudy is on-time, thorough, and highly skilled. He is also professional and friendly. I first called him for an emergency outage at my office last summer. He arrived within the hour and got our AC fixed and running in no time. HP Mechanical saved the day for me once again! I had a not so good plumbing issue called them on Sunday they came first thing Monday morning got the job done. I've used them in the past and contacted them again they didn't disappoint.. I love to support local small family owned businesses. Our AC went out at 9pm on Labor Day. The next morning I called and they were able to get out within a couple hours to fix the problem & get our AC running again. Great customer service & a very nice guy!

Hire this company! Fast response, quick efficient work, and reasonably priced. Showed up on time, and fixed my a/c with new parts and service in an hour. I'm going to hire them to maintain my heater next.
