HP Mechanical saved the day for me once again! I had a not so good plumbing issue called them on Sunday they came first thing Monday morning got the job done. I've used them in the past and contacted them again they didn't disappoint.. I love to support local small family owned businesses. They can do anything from plumbing to any air conditioning or heater and more needs! If your reading this review then contact them right away very responsive & have the knowledge to get the job done. Thank you Rudy & Eddie kind, respectful, funny guys... Can't recommend them enough..

Our AC went out at 9pm on Labor Day. The next morning I called and they were able to get out within a couple hours to fix the problem & get our AC running again. Great customer service & a very nice guy!

Rudy is awesome. Last year he replaced my two outdoor spigots and extended one to custom height so I could reach it and still put my bbq in front of it (small patio). He also replaced a leaky shower faucet with a full CSI investigation with in-wall camera and found an easy fix vs. what could have otherwise turned into a costly repair. Just recently, he replaced my kitchen sink shutoff valves and faucet on short notice because I failed miserably over the weekend trying DIY. He is fun to talk to, efficient in getting in and out, reasonable rates and excellent quality. I will always call him for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

HP Mechanical came to assess our ten year old water heater that was failing the same day as our call. Rudy gave us the option to get a new igniter for the water heater or replace the water heater. We chose to replace the 50 gallon water heater with a tankless one. He was back the next day and installed the new heater! Awesome work, new water heater supports our household of 6 no problem.

Our heater has been on the blink for months, and I've just put off calling a repair person due to basic ""life"" events. Then we had the Coronavirus Pandemic, and figured we probably should fix the heater situation before any of us got sick with a cold or something. Rudy came out the same day we called... fixed the problem immediately, and even gave me a quote for our AC, as well as suggestions on how to fix it ourselves (if we dare)!
Super professional. (Even wore his N95 Mask)
Highly recommend, and will definitely call again if a fuse should blow!
